Hello I dont usually write reviews but wanted to here. I purchased a vehicle from them the process was great and was easy to do after which I was happy with. A few months later it had some issues in which took a little while to get fixed that is why the four not five star. There is still one issue as well which is a little frustrating which could be just because of the car I bought. Besides the time to get things fixed they were very good with everything else working things around my schedule with loaner vehicles as well with rides or picking up I was unhappy at the beginning mainly with the issues but they have definitely came through and worked with me to fix everything. There is still the one issue but seems to be out of everyones control but they have been very good to work with and get Service from. I was concerned at the beginning when issues came about but they have definitely handled things great and when looking for a new car will most likely purchase again from them. I purchased my car from Tom liked the process and liked the Service after I would recommend them

My wife and I purchased a 2007 chevy suburban from select auto last year with 58,000 miles on it due to the fact we were expecting our second child. Tom and his wife amber were very sincere to work with and helped through everything until a turn for the worst was discovered. the suburban was burning 2 quarts of oil every 1000 miles. long story short the owner Joe mattao got involved and gave us his word he would make things right and needless to say he is a liar and a crook. He told us the only way he would fix the vehicle would be for us to take it to gm and have them do a oil consumption test , 6 months later they conclude that the suburban has faulty pistons and rings and need replaced. Joe just sent me an email stating that he will not help us fix it now and he is washing his hands of this vehicle going on a year later did not hold up to what he initially told us

I had an excellent experience working with Joe Matteo in my search for a late model BMW 4 series convertible. I was an out of town buyer and I had very specific requirements in terms of style, color, condition, etc. Joe diligently checked various auctions and provided good counsel on cars to pursue and those not to pursue. We ultimately found an amazing car that I couldnt be happier with. I would also like to thank the rest of the Select Auto Group team in a great job with detailing the car and working on the financing. One has to put a lot of confidence in a person when spending serious money to buy a car without having seen it in person and I am thoroughly happy with my experience with Joe and would definitely recommend him if you are looking for something special. Im sure well work together again the near future when I decide I want something different!

We have purchased 7 vehicles (large family) from Select Auto. Some of the vehicles were in stock inventory. Others were purchased at auction to our specification. Joe taught us how he shops for a great used vehicle at auction, and I could not believe how many items were on his investigation list. These are quality vehicles and have been vetted by a pro. We have all our service done at Select Auto. They know our vehicles, and they stand behind them. They do not gouge us on service. It is a value add for their customers. Select Auto is a family run business, and they treat their customers as part of the family. We will never go anywhere else, and certainly will never buy a new car when such quality used cars are out there at such great prices.

Tom and his staff offer top notch sales and service. honest and stand by their word. I purchased a Lexus which was due for a timing belt service and they completed the service a year after the sale as promised for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged for the same work(it took me a while to get the car back to them). I referred a friend who also bought from them and had nothing but nice things to say as well. I have had the car for a little over a year now with no issues to date, runs like the day it was purchased brand new. Dont let the small dealership fool you, you will not be disappointed. thank you guys! Edit: I have noticed some negative reviews and I must say my experience was the exact 360.

After visiting a larger dealership and being jerked around for most of a day, my father reccomended I check out Select Auto Group as it was only a block away. We walked over just to browse around the time they were closing and ended up meeting John Hamon. My father and John immediately started talking about dad things and a half an hour later or so, well after his normal hours, offered us a test drive in what would be my future next vehicle. The rest of the process was just as friendly, we returned later that week for paperwork and left with my car in no more than an hour. Quality business. Excellent service. Caring people. They have total confidence in the cars they are selling. Never felt like they were hiding something. After our purchase, Tom told us that if we didnt buy the truck, someone else would have. Its a great SUV. Totally laid back folks and absolutely no pressure from beginning to end. (The last dealership we tried we wouldnt even get out of our car, because we saw the "sharks" waiting to attack. Not the case at Select Auto.) We are already planning our next buy at this dealership. Tom even went above and beyond the day AFTER the sale to help us out. We feel like we bought a car and made new friends!

I have done business with them for years and time after time they are honest, look out for my best interest and provide a product second to none. If you visit their lot or website, you will see for yourself the incredible inventory. What you dont see, though, is the friendly and trustworthy people behind the scenes. If I have interest in a particular car and it is currently not on their lot, they will find it for me at a great price. There is absolutely no need to look elsewhere.
