Ordered two of the exact same mattress sets and they screwed it up. Currently jumping through hoops to try and fix the issue. You have to call 10 different numbers just to swap out the wrong boxspring. Then you have to wait 48 hours for them to call you back to reschedule delivery of the correct items. Then they dont call you back. So I call them after 48 hours and they act like they dont know me and tell me that they dont have any boxsprings. They have to call Beautyrest and have them make a boxspring and it will take 3 weeks. I would recommend going elsewhere and I will never shop Sears again. Not worth the hassle.. They will just send you whatever they have just to make the sale and get commission and leave you hanging with the wrong beds.

Sears doesnt need or want your money. They want you to go away. At least, thats the impression I got while standing around for 20 minutes waiting for a clerk who wasnt doing anything to get to me. He seemed to be enjoying himself quite a lot. So I took the opportunity to do some shopping on Google. Turns out that there are a number of places that offer better prices than Sears, for the same types of appliances. So I went somewhere else, saved $200, and I wont be shopping at Sears again.

Buyers beware: I was quoted $188.00 for furniture cleaning by SEARS Carpet and upholstery Cleaning, I added $6.00 for pillow cleaning and $35.00 for area rug cleaning for a total of $229.00 and ended with a bill for $319.00. When I questioned the bill, I was told that there was a $88.00 charge for deodorizing (which was never explained to me). I spoke with SEARS and the Cleaning Service. I am still waiting to hear from the manager!

Most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. Said that they had the item in stock and then didnt have it. Would not look up other stores inventory and item couldnt be shipped to the store.
