Its a great target to shop at.. clean, easy to find what you need.. but recently I had a incident with a employee named Kelly, I believe he is head cashier.. anyway Im always shopping at this target and he was the first employee who gave me a very hard Time.. He puts himself first before customer satisfaction.. I never knew that you couldnt do discount on top of discount because always shopping at target I never had a problem, its something that Ive always done. I even have saved receipts that show prove. But Kelly on the other hand started to give me a hard time, he was very angry involving a lot of people that gave him different answers. He didnt want to complete the transaction. And Im letting him know that Ive done it before because I have prove.. either way what he was telling me could have been right but instead of giving me a hard time he could have let it slid the first time and let me know as of next time it can not be done.. thats satisfying me as a customer and he as well is doing his job the right way.

I asked directions to the Valentines area and The long haired gentleman stocking shelves look at me with disgust and said loudly, "The Seasonal stuff is in the corner of the store. I waited a second in hopes he would point to which corner, and he put both hands up and said, "didnt you hear me its in the corner of the store, Ok, alright I came in that corner so by deduction I had three left, I waited a minute more as he stared at me like I was stupid and asked, could you point to what corner, he angrily pointed and I said thank you, sorry to be a bother to which he replied no problem, Mitch was his name. So if you go to Target in Framingham and you see Mitch, dont bother him.

My Mom took time out of her day to take me shopping. At checkout, the cashier was ordering me to put my water back in the basket and As she was bagging the groceries and putting then on the floorin between the turnstile and right behind her register. I started to take all the bags and put them back in the basket and left. When I got home, I was missing a back of food. I called the store an no one knows where it is. My Mom us elderly and I am not having her take me back. I am so disgusted with the way your sttite mmm

I was in need of the restroom, I walked in and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days. I cant describe how nasty the bathroom looked and smelled. I informed the manager, who didnt look surprised or very interested that I was informing him. I got my essentials and checked out. The cashier was talking about the bathroom with a co-worker. She said the bathrooms are always dirty and nasty. I will not bother to go back to this cesspool of a Target.

The floor employee did not know where the merchandise that I needed was. I went to the aisle she suggested with my toddler and neither pool products were there. I returned to ask her again, she finally went to check and said the products were not there. She should have checked before she sent me looking for the items

While I like the store because its bright and clean, I was disgusted this evening. 3 different packages of ham that I picked up were expired. They expired on the 7th and today is the 11th. I mentioned it to the cashier, and he said "thats not really part of my job". Oh well. Target, get your act together.

I can usually get in and out ok, especially if I gave the app to tell me where everything is. But there is a serious cashier shortage here. Always lines. Even on a Saturday they only have 2 or 3 lines open plus self checkout. I know it says theyre hiring, but theyre clearly not doing a very good job.

Always better than walmart in terms of crowd and experience. Target Red card offers discounts and other perks like free shipping. Starbucks within Target is another added bonus. Parking is great but can get crowded on busy days. Watch out for erratic and crazy drivers near the pedestrian crossing..

The store has some good choice of nuts like cashews,almonds etc. Fruits like strawberries are available at great prices. Outdoor equipments like Flashlights,colemon tents and few other equipments available at cheap prices.Lot of clothes to choose from.But clothes are not very cheap in price.

This is a big Target, has a grocery section including fresh produce. They carry a large variety of products. There is a Starbucks inside. It seems like there is always a bit of a wait at the registers even at off times. Its clean and well organized.

Rude customer service. The woman at the web pick up refused to help me in the line ware she was standing to help customers. She was the only employee and I was the only customer. She was unnecessarily rude saying I cant help you here go over there

I used to love going to Target, but they just started playing "Muzack" & the thrill is gone. Now its just like Walmart. Only 3 cents more expensive with Starbucks instead of Subway.

This place is pretty awesome. Ive done Christmas shopping in here days before Christmas and they had a lot in stock and the place want a dump. The employees are helpful enough.

Online order pickup customer service is very slow and impersonal. You feel invisible, and the whole idea of saving time turns into a major waste of time. Not recommended.

Its great! When you come in at 10:30 and it closes at 11 they will stay open for you! Sometimes the prices are expensive but after a holiday they always have a big sale!

Typical Target store. Most things are as you would expect. The mens shoes are usually a disaster with no selection and no chance of finding shoes in your own size.

Store is clean and well organized. Staff are difficult to find but that seems to be the case with any department store now! If you can find one, theyre helpful.

Bright, clean, and (with the exception of apparel) very rarely out of stock on any particular item. Has fast free WiFi in store, large and well-lit parking lot.
