This is the worst walmart I have ever been in in my entire 25 years of shopping (i travel quite often). I was there last night to make a quick run but it turned into 3 hrs! For one, obviously they do not adequately train their employees because I asked the young lady to charge 150$ on to my credit card (to pay the remaining balance on my debit) and she charged 1.50$. -_- Upon her getting assistance, my order had to be canceled and re scanned not once but three times! To make matters worse, one of the CSM managers had the audacity to tell me that i only had 1.50 on my card which is why i was being denied for the additional 148.50$. I could have gone to jail last if it was not for me working on my temper, HOW RUDE! I have worked in customer service for over 5+ years and this walmart surely knows absolutely NOTHING about that. Long story short, I had to call my credit card company and was informed that my account was flagged for suspicious transactions at walmart (which again the manager said it was MY fault). Even after the block was removed, the stupid manager lady had the nerve to tell me there is no money there. -____- She needs to be fired. 1. She clearly doesnt know what shes talking about and 2. raising her voice at me as if i was her child. I live right here in Worcester and will be taking my ass to Leicester walmart from now one since they at least have common sense over there. You guys need to shut down. All those isles and only 3 lines are open. Bullshit service and bullshit workers. I really need to give you guys ZERO stars. Rachet ass walmart, smh.

Talking exclusively about the auto service (tire&lube department) absolutely terrible, will not use ever again. They work extremely slow, do a crappy job and lie straight to your face. Oh, they also try to overcharge you whenever they can. You canNOT make reservations, so you have to come and wait for 3-4 hours until your car can even enter the auto center (if you are lucky). Then it takes an hour and a half to get a simple tire change. Im guessing someone is getting paid by the hour and not getting any bonus for the number of customers served. Finally, when you call and ask how the line is, they always say that they accept cars until 6pm and work until 7pm which is absolute BS. I imagine walmart is recording or monitoring these calls and thats why they have to say that. In reality however, they return customers starting at 2 frigging pm. They say that they are full and cannot accept any more cars for the day.. I dont know any other mechanic service that returns customers 5 hours before closing time or takes 1.5 hours to change tires. Terrible terrible terrible service. Will never go again. While the service might be slightly cheaper than the competition, it does not compansate for the wasted hours of your life .

It looks as if there is no manager or supervisors in charge of Wal-Mart , Tobias way worcester. Employees do what ever they like disregarding customers presence. Some go as far as texting on their phone while serving customers resulting in a lot of mistakes and long cues, a typical example is Melissa at the customer service desk, this lady is very very rude And need to be trained on customer communication and marketing semantics, I ask a question about Moneygramme, to my dismay she said "I dont know how to do that" instead of asking her colleague or her supervisor. She then threw my ID card on the desk, at the same time texting, this is an unscrupulous behavior. Beside since the service desk is the first point of contact, I think Melissa should be educated or help with some personal hygiene, because is making it very difficult for Customers be comfortable at the service desk, beside that there are other nice and good people at the desk like, Bridget, victoria, and others. We hope Wal-Mart Tobias way worcester take note and act upon.

Worst Wal Mart Ive ever shopped at !! Unfortunately I no longer have a vehicle and I live in Worcester so Im kinda stuck going there unless I want to spend hours waiting for buses and traveling along the bus routes. The lines are super long because the Mgrs wont open hardly any lanes, the shelves seem like theyre always pilaged and in disarray. If you need help in any department you always, always have to hunt someone down with the exception of electronics. Try to call and see if they have an item....GOOD LUCK even trying to reach anybody. I always have to take stuff back because it seems like all the other Wal Marts send their bad lots to this store!! I feel completely sorry for the customer service department. theyre are always super long lines at their desk at theyre always swamped and super busy dealing with all the complaints. If I had a car again there is NO WAY I would do my shopping there. Shame on Wal Mart!!!

This place absolutely sucks. Its hard because I literally live 2 minutes away, so its the easy go to. So as anyone from this neighborhood knows we lost power Sunday-Monday this week (4th of July)... its now Wednesday and I head in and theres no food in any freezers, deli, or coolers anywhere, on top of half the produce is welted and still out with fruit flys surrounding it. Theyre so busy rearranging the shelves to adjust their prices. Every price is incorrect for the item in the place. When we seen kiwis at a discounted price we assumed it was because of the electricity shortage and they were trying to get rid of whatever they had left, we get to the cash register and mention it... another employee comes over and starts screaming loud enough for people around us to hear in such a tone that insinuated we were incompitant of understanding her! RUDE EMPLOYEES, DIRTY FACILITIES!!!

I live 5 min away so its the easiest one to get to, as well its the crapiest one to shop at! last night like many other nights ONLY 4 lanes where open 2 which was 20 items or less. There was like 15 ppl per isle if not more. the person in front of me had card issues, cashier couldnt delete order & out of the 2 managers that was on duty not 1 could be found for 15 minutes! what a 20 min shopping i had to do i must of spent 30 min more just in line. I cant believe you guys do this to people! not to mention most of the workers are rude! Cashiers even snapping gum to where a customer had to say something (tho some are nice) All other walmarts are nothing like this one! I swear people should boycott this damn store! get a grip on your inventory, your employees & learn that you need more than just 2 regular lanes open esp if you got like 20 register lanes!

Well this kid at the Auto care center named Ricardo Really helped me a lot the other day.. I went to get some tires for my car.. when I got there they greeted me with respect and took my order very fast Well I have back problems. And I had to take the rims a tire out of my car , Ricardo saw me struggling . He came of to me saying if I need help .. i said yes and he did with a smile on his face... He really have some awesome customers service skills He dont speak English that well but when he speaks he knows what he is saying . He knows how to sell Got my tires done under 35 mins Him and the other puertorican guys made my day They know how to make you feel good and comfortable with them and their job COMING BACK SOON AND IM PUTTING MY RESQUEST TO THIS GUYS THEY ARE AWSOME
