Theres nothing to like about Sears customer service! They think we are idiots! We spent more than $10000 on appliances there. The delivery got delayed 4 times from July to October. In October, we still had no appliances! I called to cancel the order and was promised a credit of $1600 to not cancel! We got the appliances that are as crappy as their service (even though we paid more for the Kitchenaid brand)! Fast forward 2 months, we still got no credit from them and after countless hours on the phone getting shuffled from department to department, they maintain that theres no record of that credit that we were promised! Even with the employee number and name of the supervisor we talked to, they still wont honor their promise! I wouldnt step foot in a Sears store ever again.

Horrible service. Delivery was late and then on there second date one of the pieces were damaged during deliver. The recliner we got wouldnt should the legs without a lot of force, handle felt like it was going to break, and a deco nail/pin was hanging. When I went to return it its been a month and I still havent gotten the whole amount. Payed cash. Very disappointed. Stay away. Btw their tool boxes are thin metal. U can get a much better grade /quality for more than half the price at harbor freight.

THE WORST customer service Ive experienced in years. Sears used to do a great job with appliance purchases. I can honestly say...between their call centers, their departments not being staffed to answer phones, and their shabby return policies--they have lost a customer. I gave one star only because I had to...if I couldve given none...I would have. Sears lost a long time customer over an attempt to return and exchange to a higher priced item. NO ONE is authorized to accommodate customers.

What is going to happen to Sears? It amazes me they are still around. There was once a day when the Sears catalog was the major force in the industry. This store seems like it needs to make up its mind what it is. That said I was looking for some clothes and oddly found what i wanted there and cheaper than at Macys and JCP.

I get the feeling this is a low priority store, the stock is visibly not available. The store is typically messy as well. The staff is helpful however. The ladies inside the sephora are very helpful and pleasant. I just dont like how they dont have any stock and looks messy.

Went to this sears at Solomon pond mall, to check out HDTVs. No one was there except this short incompetent Indian kid who was busy texting on his phone to answer a general question of an overview of a particular HDTV. If he doenst wana work there he should just quit.

Sears sell extended services agreement on vacuums cleaner and when we need the services they refuse to give the services, with allegation of misuse, they charge things that do not need to be replaced and treat their customers as idiot .

Mall Sears store. Nothing special about it. If you need something specifically from Sears then go. If you watch sales and clearance items you can get good buys.
