On 1/24/15, I ordered a new dishwasher. I was told it was in-stock and would be delivered 1/26, and I would get a call 1/25. I ordered the dishwasher using the chat feature. On 1/25, I called in the evening, when I had not been called and I was told that because my address was not entered correctly (by the chat operator) my delivery had been moved out to 1/29. I contacted Sears again via chat on 1/28 and I was told that I would not receive the item until 2/4. At this point I expressed my discontent and was sent a 10% off coupon for my next purchase. So today, 2/4 the delivery men showed up. They looked at my old dishwasher, still connected, and asked, "Werent you told to have the dishwasher disconnected by a plumber?" No I was not, I had even asked the customer service associate when I ordered the dishwasher if it would be installed. I was assured it would be. I have not seen customer service this poor in a long time. Tell me why I should put up with this.

Brought my daughter here on Easter to buy a dress, got home and saw there was glue from a hot glue gun that glued the flower on the chest of the dress, the glue went all the way up the strap. Couldnt peel it off without ripping the lace or the other flowers off. Today, Monday, I go and return it and we pick out another dress. Nobody around near the dressing rooms or really anywhere for that matter to ask any questions. So we buy her another dress, we get home only to find out they didnt take the security ink piece still on it. She needs this dress for school in the morning and they did not answer the 26 times I called between 8:30-9pm. They do not open until 10am therefore I can not go before school. My daughter is literally crying her eyes out devastated that she has no dress for the school event. This is common sense and all employees should know they needs to remove those on every piece of clothing there.

Sears Automotive clearly isnt capable of doing anything properly. Brought vehicle in on a Sunday - yes time was convenient. Two hours on Sunday - no problem, tire changed - perfect. Wake up Monday morning, tire is completely flat, less than twelve hours after it was "fixed." This was supposedly a new tire. Monday I call and luckily they arent busy nor too far away, so I bring it in and another two hours, tire once again "fixed." Wednesday morning now, tire completely flat once again. I asked to change one tire and now day three still not fixed. Im not retired, dont have time to take away from work so stay away at all costs. These guys clearly not qualified to swap out windshield wiper blades, certainly wouldnt let them, change oil, rotate tires, or vacuum out the vehicle, these are all tasks that they would not be capable of performing.

What a terrible installation experience. They left trash all over the yard, brought the wrong parts, and I finally figured out why the machine is running hot water all the time. Because they put the lines BACKWARDS. Thanks to these incompetent fools, Ive been paying to wash everything in hot water, lucky none of my clothes have been ruined. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Its like old school aggressive salesmanship. I came in looking for information on 2 tires and felt overwhelmed by the salesman. If you need to get four. And you will save with a rebate. I have decided to never use Sears automotive ever again.

Absolutely impossible to reach someone via telephone? Calls dont get answered regardless of the dept you are trying to reach. Im trying to arrange pick up of a treadmill that I ordered, but at this point, thinking of cancelling my order.
