Honestly, this is the worst Walmart ever. Customer service sucks. The store is always crammed and employees are always more worried about drama than their job. The amount of cash registers vrs how many are open is ridiculous! We waited in line last night with 6 items for 28 minutes because the self check out was shut down by 8. The woman who checked us out, was very rude to my husband when he made a comment of "you guys need more cash registers open at night this is kinda ridiculous" she responded with " youre hired " and when he said "huh?" She said back to him rudely " if youre going to complain then youre hired so you can run a register and not complain" he was taken back.. and felt insulted. Today I went to get a money order, I stood at the service desk for 25 minutes and the second woman they sent to help Fred, who may I add is always pleasant and does a great job, this woman had no clue how to do anything but returns?? Why arent your employees trained?? And why couldnt the ast. Manager who was up there as well, walk her through what she needed to do?? The line was outrageous! Carts of overstock are constantly left in isles, employees will stand in the way of what you need and not care to move even when addressed with an "excuse me, could I please get one of those" when you ask where something is or if they carry something its always "I dont know" or "over that way" the carts are all junk.. totally unsafe for kids because the buckles are all broken. Overall, I personally make the drive to woodsvill or Claremont if possible because this Walmart is horrible! Definitely need to step your game up, management !

Crammed. Busy. The shelves down the middle aisles take up to much room are in the way so makes moving around hard. Employees need to learn customer service even if they dislike their job. The new check out lines where youre supposed to have more lanes to check out well its impossible to fit two carts and get around the cart in front of you cause the lanes are to small. Should of kept it how it was. Need to open more check out lanes. I always go and there is only 3 open. The self check out is awesome but just like the check out lanes its to crammed not thought out well.

Out of all the Walmart iv been to this is the worst. First the parking lot is small and hard to maneuver around, second inside its small and I cant tell when the clothes and shopping part ends and the grocery part starts. There are only a handful of cash registers and if the lines get close to long its a mess. Also personal I think this store needs two entrance and exits, having the only entrance/exit doors at one end of a large building makes me think thats a real hazard in case of an emergency. Overall it needs to be remodeled and redesigned.

Associates will run you over and even bump into you while you are shopping and dont show you any respect. Stand around and chat and block your path and see that you want to get through but wont move. . Milk or other items run out fast and it is like pulling teeth to get someone to check out back for you. Falsely advertises a was price higher then it really was to make you think you are saving when you arent. Example a dollar item changed to 1.25 with the ad saying was 1.49. Was never 1.49 was a dollar. Over all needs a lot of improvement...

Felt the need to write a positive review because I was very surprised by all the negative ones. Personally, I find the employees overall to be very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The store can be kind of disorganized, but it has a good stock, and I can almost always find what Im looking for. Ive also returned things multiple times (with the original receipt) with no issues. I plan to keep shopping here!

This is a good size store with a wide selection of items. However, most items are low quality and made out of the USA. This store generally has items cheaper than other retailers, however, this is not always the case so it is important to check prices around for big ticket items. The cleanliness could be improved on and knowledge of the staff. I get a lot of lost looks if I ask for assistance.

Reasonable and has actually everything..my only problem is they need to carry more makeup for black people. Like Black Opal and Black Radiance there is alot of colored people living here now and we all have problems getting the colors and brand we want..i have been to alot of other Walmart and they have Black Opal...and Black Radiance.plz get them instock!! Glad to see they have made good progress ensuring that clearance items are all priced and actually ring up as marked when they are BUT there is still a loooong way to go before they have it all right! And I dont know why but they have the most impolite, rude, inconsiderate, infuriating clientele I have EVER had the displeasure of interacting with!!

WalMart is a strain on our society, so I avoid shopping here as much as possible. The staff dont really seem to know any specifics about the items in their department and are more just placeholders to direct you towards an area of interest. Want to know what makes one TV or laptop different than the other? Prepare to have the placard read to you.

There return policy with out a reciept is way out dated. And assistant managers at this store are pretty rude. I was told that I could return something if I had my card an the exact date then get there an they try telling me I cant well we did get our money back. They should update their computers we are not in the 1990s anymore.

The staff at this particular Walmart all deserve bad employee of the year award in the hundreds of times Ive been here Ive never once met an employee who was happy to help you. News flash its your job if you dont like it then quit until then fake it with a smile!

There are never enough cashiers. Had to wait in line for 30 min just to buy 2 items. Couldnt find help in electronics or photo. And the workers that I did find have no clue whats going on. I dont even think they knew what day it was. Hate coming to this walmart

Average Walmart, meaning dirty, harshly lit, and full of knockoff junk. I try never to step foot in the place, no matter what random item I need; I will check every other store in the area first, and then order it online, to avoid having to deal with Walmart.

This location is totally understaffed. Ive waited for over 15 minutes in the electronics section two separate times and was told someone was coming to help and no one did. The employees that are there are friendly enough, there just arent enough of them.

NOT a superstore, so mediocre selection. A limited selection of food, limited hardware, limited garden and home goods. Reasonable clothing store, but usual poor quality Walmart stuff. I tend to not bother going unless Im after something specific.
