I wish I could give 0 stars! I was in their store at the Holyoke Mall looking to purchase a toolbox. I looked at many and decided on one for $599 plus the purchase of tools for about $1000 total. The sales associate came over and asked if I needed any help. I pointed out the box I wanted and said I need to grab a bunch of tools also. He then informed me that the store was closing in 1 minute and and that I could not make the purchase because merchandise pickup promptly closes at six. I then told the associate well I guess youve made up my mind for me. Somebody walks into your store and wants to spend $1000 and everyone is worried about punching out at exactly 6 oclock. Its no wonder Sears is in real trouble. Maybe in the future when there is no Sears left, those unemployed associates might think leaving a little late wasnt the worst thing in the world, but what do I know Im just a guy who came out on a Sunday night to spend some money and got told no. Good job Sears, shouldnt be long before you fall to the wayside like the dinosaurs.

This place is VERY unprofessional . The staff is rude and so is management . The manager Paul is probably one of the worst managers I have ever seen . I was having an issue with my Shop your way points , I had called and asked to speak to the manager , he was polite at first , He said he was going to look into my issue with the points and call me back . I never got a call back , so i called the store again , asked to speak to him again , he said he would get back to me on Friday or Saturday . Never heard from him . Complete Retard if you ask me.

I was changing my window treatments and found the perfect drapes at Sears. When I arrived home I realized that I needed 1 more panel. The store was al out of the certain one that I needed. The manager of the store was so nice and accomodating! She ordered the one I needed right over the phone and I will be all set in 3 to 4 days. It will be mailed to my home with NO shipping charges. That you so much to Pamela! Great Service.

Buying multiple appliances for an apartment building in Northampton: Kyle, my sales person, helped me with excellent choices, coming in on his day off to suit my schedule. Aaron, the customer service manager, is an amazing person who did all he could in finding rebates, etc. Sears is very lucky to have them on staff. And of course, who can beat Sears for reliability and service?

They are awful! The technician came out, told us what was wrong with the washing machine, ok great. Said they could overnight a part if the one they send out is broken. Sounds great, except they dont overnight. First part was broken, second part they shipped also broken. Horrible customer service. They will call you in 24 to 48hrs..so they say but they never do!

Sears customer service sucks, went to purchase items on two separate occasions me not one time could I find someone to help me when I ask employees they tell me someone will be right with me and they never will show up this store is a hard store to purchase big item so next best thing is Targer where there customer service is excellent
