Do NOT shop here! I worked with Justin the store owner to completely furnish my apartment. He was great until the delivery went sour. 50% of the furniture I ordered was incorrect at the time of delivery. I received a damaged couch, wrong size box spring, wrong dining table and wrong chairs. The delivery was scheduled for 2-3pm and the delivery men arrived around 8pm with incorrect furniture. Justin became increasingly rude. He switched my dining room table to a similar one and thought I wouldnt notice. He refused to reorder the correct table. So now I have a mismatched dining room set. When he resent the correct items two weeks later, his idea of cleaning the damaged couch was sending the delivery man with a bottle of Resolve and a dirty wash rag. He denies any wrongdoing even after raising his voice over the phone with me and Im stuck with this furniture. I paid cash and was very patient with him and did not deserve that type of service. Save your time and money and save yourself a headache and shop else where.

IKEA and rooms to go are ok, but I prefer small family owned businesses, so came here a few days ago looking for bunk beds for my boys and had more than enough choices without being overwhelmed. The owner, Justin was helpful and kind. I find that when the owner of an establishment actually works there, you get much better service than corporate places. I found a great set for less than $300 and had it delivered just a few hours later! Delivery guys were courteous and prompt. I know its not easy to deliver here either, as there are elevators involved to get into my apartment. They put the bunk beds where they belonged and thanked me for a tip before leaving. Overall, it was a great experience and I cant wait to get a sectional next time! I can have one custom ordered in the fabric of my choosing too, just like the big companies but for less cost and more personal service and prompt delivery.

We walked into Dox immediately and were greeted by Justin and I have to say he was very helpful and pleasant. He immediately brought me to the section of the store I was looking for. Ive been wanting a new night stand for our bedroom, and a nice new bed for our guest room. He showed us all our options, and they were surprisingly much cheaper then I was expecting. He even introduced me to the idea of getting a custom fabric bed, which I never even thought of. But the idea sounded awesome! I might be going back for that. I ended up getting a couple complementary pieces for our bedroom, and they literally delivered them the very next day! I cannot say enough nice things. The whole experience was great. Even the delivery guys were nice and helpful.

I initially thought this place had bad service, but upon further review they were on vacation and my piece was already ordered and in the shop awaiting their return. SUPER sales and service!!! Wonderful friendly guys who took care of this problem and apologized for not returning my call in a timely manner. I REALLY love it when people make a mistake and take ownership for it. Ill buy all my furniture FROM here. !! Call em and youll see!

Furniture as described, delivery overpriced, if you have someone that can pick it up for you save the $70 because it was literally a worker in a pickup truck that delivered and if you arent good with handiwork you wont like the couches, I literally had to figure out how to put this couch together, it came broken down into about 6 pieces and the instructions werent clear. Other than that I had no issues

Ive had a sofa I got from here for 2 months and its hardly been used as Ive been away working for most of the time. The sofa is already falling apart, threads are just coming apart from general use. The fixed back cushions dont make it easy to buy a slip either. The sofa I got seems cheap compared to the one on show. I cant see this sofa lasting anther 6 months at this rate.

This company is a life saver! I had purchased furniture from another company and they never delivered it! I searched everywhere in the DFW area and found Dox! I went to the show room and they helped my order everything and reassured me a great experience. They delivered my furniture on time and everything was of great quality! I used them to decorate my whole apartment!!!

Although some of it requires assembly (like buying from IKEA), its still quality furniture at an excellent price! I never had a problem getting a hold of anyone while shopping and after we purchased. Juliette and her staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great prices, quality stuff and excellent staff! Highly recommended!

Awesome experience. Went to rooms to go and a few other places first, but then I found Dox! They were much more helpful and the prices were great. Ended up buying all of my living room furniture there. I will definitely go back to update my bedroom and kitchen! Thanks Dox!!!!

Purchased my couches less than a year ago and the whole couch is tearing apart at the seems, asked about a warranty and theres only a 30 day and told me I had to pay to repair their faulty couch. Customer service is great, not satisfied with the product and warranty.
