I purchase a Patio Set because the floor model in the store was very nice! Now once I got my Patio Set home and is was not a small set this is big sofa with to chairs so I had to get help, but once I unpacked the set and it was in my deck I saw the two chairs where damaged! So I got help taking the two chairs back to the store and ask if they could give me the chairs in the floor model since they was out of stock in the store because I the chairs that come both was damaged! And store manager said no I would need to bring all the set back and they would need to order a new set! Now I explain that I needed the set for this weekend us I was going to be having a celebration so if I had to order a new set there was no way I would get it on time! He still didnt care, now I already had the two damaged chairs with me the store and he was going to make me go back home and get the big sofa to bring back to the store!!! So I had no to have my friend go to my house for the sofa as the chairs and sofa would not all fit in a track as this is a large set so I had to stay in the store just waiting! But then there was no way I was going to reorder a new set from Sears after all I had to go through I was so upset this the customer service from the store!!!

Dont choose to have your online orders sent to this store!!! In order to boost their apparent inventory turn-over, you will receive an email and call within a couple days to say the item is is ready for pick-up. If youre lucky, you might get a call to tell you thats not true, but I wasnt so lucky. When I showed up, they ran my slip through as if I had picked up the item, then told me it wasnt in stock, that I would have to wait in line to process a return, and then order the item online again! The worker confided in me that this plan was to give the appearance of more on-time pick ups and deliveries. Choose another location for pick up to avoid the *unnecessary* hassle.

Had a bad experience. But I came back to the store with my order and my receipt and Marie made everything right and apologized for the trouble. All started out wrong but Sears came through.

Decided to take my car for a tire rotation, after about 45 minutes of standing in line to make it to the counter, they needed my car for 4 hours just for a Tire rotation.
