I was there last Wednesday to stock up on the Merona Ultimate tees since both Merona & Mossimo will be leaving soon. I love those tees & expected them to be $5. My cousin in upstate NY bought some the same day, however she paid 3 for $20 which is considerably less than at Factoria Target. I asked the clerk at the customer service counter about this, hoping she might honor the price. She did not. I did however buy four t-shirts, at $8 a piece. They are truly awesome & I hope they transition over to another Target exclusive brand. Other than that, this is one of my favorite Target stores in the area. They generally have what I need.

This is one of the nicer Targets for sure, since Factoria is a super nice area. They have a huge selection, including a food section. Their lines go quick, and there are employees at every turn, which is a good thing. Targets prices in general on most items is pretty great, so no complaints here. Make sure to get the Cartwheel app, as it can save you a lot of money if you go here often.

Target is my go-to store for buying bath products and groceries. Offering the best prices around with a good selection. They also have a Starbucks store located inside the store. Grab a cup of coffee chat with friends do some grocery shopping. This store is also attached to Factoria Marketplace which is a mall offering a variety of shopping options.

I got in line to purchase my groceries, the cashier appeared to finish the transaction for the women in front of me and left without acknowledging my presence at all. I waited thinking perhaps there was a shift change or something, soon enough another employee walked up, made eye contact, turned the light off and left without saying a word to me.

Like prices and cute summer collection if you want something g for one season. Price Is tight. Stored a little too much. You touch one thing and the whole row comes down with it. If you have a disability like me the bending over to pick up fallen clothes cant be painful . Dressing rooms are stifling...so just go home try on and go from there.

Its Target, if you have lived under a rock or are new to this country. They sell everything from Food, to clothes, pet food, beauty, medicine, home products, exercise, car products, and electronics. It was neat and well lit and surprisingly tidy for a target on a weekend. A credit to the staff or a slow weekend due to the weather.

Poor customer service. Lots of employees chatting and no one willing to open another register while the checkout line builds up. When someone did take customer to the customer service counter, they ask for the last person of the line instead of the next person in line. Seems to be missing common sense

All the employees here were very helpful and friendly. I just left Walmart next door with a horrible experience over price matching and Walmart not wanting to honor their price match policy. When I talked with the cashier at Target their was no problem with price matching. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

They have a guy in the tech department sometimes who actually knows what hes talking about, hopefully they pay him enough to keep him there. Generally a very clean store with low prices and good service, wish their return policy on electronics wasnt so draconian though

Not the best Target store. Hopefully it will be better after it remodels (which it is currently doing). I find that their stock is not the greatest, and frequently the things they do have are not uncommonly out of stock. Prices are reasonable.

Can always find everything I need here. Prices are very reasonable. Glad they added a Starbucks inside now. They have a great pet food aisle both for cats and dogs and some other critters. This store is clean and organized.

I feel this Target is the only reason Factoria mall stayed afloat a couple years ago when it was a desolate place. Its got everything you need and the staff is very nice. The East entrance leads directly into the mall area.

Customer service needs immediate improvement! Ordered a gaming package online at 8am with a promise to be ready for pickup within 2 hours. 5 HOURS LATER STILL NO PICKUP! Sadly falling into the same abyss as Walmart

Im a fan. Recently upgraded to include an expanded grocery food area including a wide range of products. Imbedded Starbucks means you can get your fix while you get your shopping list complete.
