Shy Bolton

This is got to be one of the most unfriendly places for the disabled I have been to in a long time. Carts lock before you can get to your vehicle. That means leaving your disabled person standing there with out assistance while you get your vehicle. Of couse there are no loading zones so you have to park in a red zone to load the disabled person. Did I mention disabled slots are full. I saw no disabled placards and one young girl getting out with a stroller. So trying to head off an issue I asked if there was someone to help or a loading zone. The clerk giggled, I am sure it was a nervous giggle, but she said she did not know. She eventually called a supervisor, another little girl who also giggled. I was was told by Hanna that I could park in the red zone and run in and get him as long as it was fast. My disabled guy cant move fast, I pointed this out .... more giggles! Of course being an LE, I know better, first patrol comes along and I have a ticket. Think he will honor my request to give it to the two inappropriate giggling girls? So I left him sitting inside and drove around until I could find a parking space close enough for the cart not to lock. I am lucky this guy is a three year old going on 62. Can you say obstinate? Not only is he delayed he is physically challenged and has seizures. The time they spent giggling could have been spent helping.

Employees are incredibly rude at this target. I accidentally dropped a hanger on the floor while looking at clothing the other day and I didnt hear or see it drop. A woman who worked at the store came over and tore into me about how if I didnt want to hang it back up I could have taken it over the register and how my actions could hurt someone. When I apologized to her and told her I hadnt realized it had fallen, she got real sarcastic and said it was funny that I hadnt noticed since she heard the hanger drop from half way across the store. That is no way to treat anyone, customer or not. Unfortunately this is not the only experience I have had with unpleasant employees and this was just my last straw. When I was a teacher I used this store a lot to buy craft supplies and prizes for my kindergarteners and first graders, but after that experience I will not be back. I do hope they can improve their customer services in the future.

I realize we all need Target. It has fun shopping and anything you need but this location has been a disappointment. Every time I go in, something is being re-merched. I know this is necessary but the employees doing it are not helpful or friendly. Also the trash cans there, inside and out are full and over flowing. Gross, hard to enjoy your shopping experience with that neglect.

Pretty decent target, if a bit small. Unlike most targets it is a two story store, and you can checkout and park on either floor. If you are only coming for housewares, mens clothing, kids stuff, toys or electronics, save some time and park in the upper deck, as there is nothing for you downstairs.

Ordered a storage unit to be delivered to this store. Was supposed to arrive 3 days ago and their customer service is the furthest from helpful and I will probably never order from target again. This has been a terrible experience. No idea when Ill get the stuff I paid for.

Here from out of town and ran in to grab a few things. Shocked to find the store in such disarray. Clothes all over the floor in both mens and baby, shelves poorly stocked with products in the wrong places... Not used to seeing a Target store in this condition.

Dont waste your time on this place. Its just a shell of a store, with almost no selection or variety. If youre happy with buying one of the two options for a particular item then by all means. Otherwise, go to a real store.

A tiny, two story Target that does its best to stock the basics but cant compete with the larger stores. Unless the new Capitola Mall owners do something to accommodate a larger store, well have to live with it as is.

Found a wet vac online. Called and was told it was in stock. Showed up and after 20 mins of looking the pretty lady never could find it. Place needs more invintory control. Wasted hours on this trip for nothing.

Placed an online order for an in-store item. Drove almost an hour to find that my order had been canceled by Target. Now have to drive an hour or so over the hill to hopefully get my order fulfilled.

They have some pretty good deals here if you know where to look. Definitely download the Cartwheel app for coupons and sales. The store itself is clean and staff are helpful. Plentiful parking

Kind of a weird Target.. it has two stories and an escalator in the middle. Parking is no issue. Wish they had a little more variety in products. Also, the holiday items do sell out fast.

This is the Target store then got all kinds of great stuff but be forewarned park on the top level parking lot things have been known to disappear on the bottom one so be careful

Its Target...run in, run out ; ) This is a large, two story Target. You can find most everything here, including groceries. The lines usually move quickly.

Most folks rush in, rush out. Talked with a few, they did not even know it is a two floor store. Has most everything, but it is one of the smaller Targets.

This Target has an ok selection though its definitely on the smaller side. They never seem to run good deals but its fun to walk around.

Typical two level Target. They dont always get new items when they come out, but that has to do with distributors not the store itself.
