I picked up an online order (clothing) tried them on in the store and was not pleased how they looked on me, so was going to return them and wasnt able to, because of not enough processing time between picking up and returning. The computer system is alsome. That was bitter, but the sweet was how the associates did all that they could which lead them to be very apologetic. I couldnt fault them. I did leave filling disappointed but not mad. I rated them a five because they really tried to help me even though the outcome wasnt in favor. I guess I drove over there to learn something...."LOL"!

Talk about lousy customer service - I cant even get someone to answer the phone to ask a question before I make the field trip out to the island! I have been trying to get through to someone, calling for 2 days straight at different times, and it just rings & rings until it just cuts off. If they are that busy or cant be bothered that they ignore phone calls, I surely cant be bothered either and wont be going there. Gonna make me have to go to Walmart. Ugh.

One of the better Targets around the Bay Area. Friendly staff, the items and aisles are all organized neatly and it seems that they have more items here than the usual target. The location is great, and is near various restaurants, and other stores as well including Michaels. This store is easy to get to and has plenty of parking space. I would drive the extra miles here to enjoy a more pleasant Target shopping experience

A brand new store, its still shiny and clean. A bit hard to find, tucked away where it is, but honestly that sort of makes it more appealing as its less busy than it could be. Even a few days before Christmas it wasnt nearly as packed as I expected. All of the employees have been really friendly, and Ive been able to find what I want for the most part.

Better than Emeryville location with safety and surrounding. Never seems to amaze me, but the smell of pizza and popcorn always makes me go hungry. Lines are fast and zippy. Workers knows the floor plan and directs you to the right area. Prices for the grocery section are on par with rival grocery store. Use coupon to save additional savings.

I went here a few times but stopped shopping here. Nothing about the place is awesome. If they were the only store in a rural area, I could see the draw. I can get better groceries at the Safeway. I can get better electronics at Best Buy, etc. Also their recent advertising and dressing room rules are offensive to families and women.

Very Pleasant , Easy Shopping, Very Clean Store, Very Friendly Employees, I Found Everything on my Shopping list and a Few Extra Things I Did Not Need Very Easy to get to by Bus, No Drama Like Wal-Mart , Target Prices are Fair, I give the store and Employees A #10, a 99 % Great Shopping Experience!!!!!!

Sunday at 8 pm, right at the beginning of school year, this place is packed. Be it the cash registers or the School Shop, folks are packing it in. Looking for a lot of choices and affordably priced goods, this is the place to go. Just pick a time when the store is a little saner than it is now.

I love the new store BUT we just bought a car seat (Chicco NextFit Convertible) and when we got it home, we opened the box to find the car seat had clearly been used as it had stains all over it from a child. We had to exchange it at the Emeryville store.

close by the alameda college large parking lot has other stores across the parking lot (convenient if you have other stores you need to go like safeway or micheals or petsmart or etc ) if you live in alameda you can be sure to run into familiar faces

Great because they have a little of everything. I find it unorganized. Prices marked wrong. Shelved items in the wrong places. Inconsistent supply of baby items and locations... Dont try looking for a pacifier. They are in 3 or 4 places! Maddening!!

Its not crowded at all! The lines are short and the place is huge! Its tucked away so you cant really see it from the street. BUT! Michaels and In and Out are coming soon in that area so, MOVE OVER EMERYVILLE, ALAMEDA IS GOING TO BE KICKIN!

THEY HAVE BORAX!!!!! This is the only store I could find that actually has borax! They also have glue so u can make slime with your borax and glue! This is a great chain of stores. I was so happy when they opened last year in Alameda!

Typical Target so no real complaints. Its a new one so its clean and well maintained. They recently added self check out kiosks (around June 2016) and that helps a lot with the long lines on the weekends.

This is the usual target with a grocery store. The selection is what you would expect. The products are maintained and up to stock. Pharmacy closed on Sundays but usually pretty quick in and out.

Your standard neighborhood Target. Dropped in the day after Christmas for some supplies. Might have been timing, but they were out of stock of lots of items. Will review again on another day.

Good location with lots to do around it as well. Standard newer target store with groceries, Starbucks, ect.. friendly enough staff. Pretty much always a good experience at a target.

A nice large and new target. The entrance was a hazard on a Saturday, lots of zooming carts apt to run you over. The line was also very long, granted, it was a Saturday.

This is a clean and neat Target in Alameda, not to mention plenty of parking. Its a bit pricey but good customer service and quality items.

Starbucks staff is great, Target staff is quick and efficient, Managers are good too, One older (50s) asian employee is a pervert though.
