Eduardo Cuesta is not qualified to be a manager. He did not know how to solve the problem and make the customer happy while it was Nordtrom racks fault. I got a pair of Via Spiga flat shoes from my friend as a Christmas gift (of course I didnt have the receipt). however, they was defected, one shoe was gray and other was black. I came for exchange but this guy told me it worth for $5.99. A pair of designer shoes that was for $5.99, are you kidding me? I was not happy at all, what could I do with one black shoe and 1 gray shoe? I didnt want to return, just want him find me a right pair as they should not sell a mis- pair to the customer. He is very rude and unprofessional. Nordtrom Rack is used to be my favorite shop but not this store, just because of this guy Eduardo, I will never come back again. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had to go into Nordstrom Rack on a Saturday afternoon when I realized I needed some formal shoes for an event that night. The place was a complete mob scene, so many people milling about! However, they did have a lot of nice discounted Nordstrom merchandise that was displayed well, and the checkout staff was friendly and efficient. Most importantly, I found a great pair of shoes in 10 minutes! I want to go back on a weekday morning so I can really check it out.

As far as Racks go, this one is a disappointment. The store is very picked over, crowded, and disorganized. The center is one of the only decent shopping malls in the area so it attracts people from the local communities. Good luck finding a parking spot, there is not enough of them for the amount of people trying to shop. Forget it on the weekend. All languages spoken here!

My word of advice if you come here with a woman that says i just NEED a pair of boots. Its a lie shell also need a shirt purse jeans to match it. That being said they have seats in the front where you can curl up and die on the inside like i did for 2 hours. Decent selection of fancy mens clothes if you care about that.

I only come here to buy a shirt or tie when mines dont fit or not the right style. Most items here has a small defect thats hard to spot till you get home. I guess you cant complain as discount is taken off for defect. Beware of some clothing seems old with body odor.

I love this place!! I go here all the time with my friends and we always find excellent deals! There are such good prices here. For example, I found a pair of Toms shoes that were normally $60 for $18!! I love all the jewelry because they are so swagging and punk.

Been shopping here for years!!! Great selections and prices. I never walk out empty handed. Dont sleep on their shoe clearance sales! Sales people are very pleasant and helpful!!! Nordstrom Rack at Marina Square is my favorite Rack store in the area!!!
