I placed an order for pick up. Unfortunately, my car broke down, and I was unable to pick up the order for about a month. Then I checked status of my order and found that "order was picked up". I called kmart, and they said "yes, it was picked up". Next call to the store - "oh, yes, we found your furniture. Please come and pick it up". Sorry, but I dont want to deal with you anymore. "Return? Sorry, you cant return it since it was more than a month since you picked it up" (I didnt!!!!). Whether or not they tried to steal this dinner set, why on earth they did not cancel the order in appropriate time - Ill have no business with KMart anymore. And discourage anyone from doing it.

This store looks old bathrooms are always dirty. However, they have great customer service, and their employees are always willing to help. I was struggling with a mini fridge that I bought. An employee saw me struggling and offered to help. I thanked her and went on my way. As I was walking the fridge started to fall. Another employee who was busy saw what was happening, and offered to help me. He brought a flat and pulled my fridge to the front. He waited with me until it was my turn to pay. He also helped me to my car and thanked me for shopping at K-mart.

We queued up and waited for 15 minutes. The cashier told us that it is cash only at the last minute. No sign to warn us before ... we didnt have cash so we went to the ATM , came back to the store and instead of make us pay right away, the lady told us to queue up AGAIN ! If we were warned that it was cash only it would have been our fault and i could have understood that we had to stay on the line a second time but here... their machine didnt work and I get to be punished for that ... really disappointed !

Incompetent store, poor customer service. Received text that online order is ready to pick up, went there last Saturday, waited about 5 min in queue to pick up online order, then another 30 mins waiting .. for them to pick up the order with only one small item. They failed to deliver the correct order at first, then told me the item is not available after half an hour, regardless of the ready-to-pick-up email and text. Wont visit low-end Kmart stores.

One of my favorite shops when looking for plus size 44 for my husbands wardrobe. Great styles n colors. I usually look out for womens shoe sales because they do have a good range of the latest styles n in big sizes too -11!! I love their Joe Boxer n Route 66 brands which Ive been buying since 2001 n still going strong so says alot about this product!! Best of all I accrue points which I redeem for cash credits each time I check out

Its been here for years and years. The products are good and the prices. Although the building really needs an update. Also many more employees. Its practically always busy and the lines are so slow. Need to open more checkstands and have bigger screens on the cash registers so the customer can see them. If a mistake was made I have to go back in and wait again. Also many employees are not at all friendly.

Came in for online pick up here and had to wait in line with returns and so forth for half an hour and then when I got to the cashier they needed to get another person to assist getting the stuff. we let them know we first came that it was for an online pick up but were told to get into the line for people who are returning stuff. Worst online shopping experience yet.

If you want to die in this store..come here!! It never fails, I come here to grab a couple of things (less than 5) and it takes close to 20 - 30 min to check out. I dont know why I come here. I have never seen more than 2 check outs open (with the slowest people running the registers)...no matter time of day

This stores is okay its the only Kmart really close by I used to have one near Delaware and San Mateo but they tore it down so this is the only one I can go to it has a lot of things that you cant get in other local drugstores its better prices for makeup and hair spray there & things like that.

Prices seemed a little higher that at other retail stores, aisles are messy, restroom is not clean they have only one for women and one for men. Customer service is not the best either, they do have a huge parking lot. They have little caesar pizzeria. Parking lot is big.

I used to like this store but lazy people work here they cannot help you find anything and just look confused when you ask them questions. No answering with any knowledge of if they carry something. I googled it then asked where Id find the product and found it myself

Sketchy, run-down store with a parking lot full of undesirable people. The store itself smells very musty and the interior clearly hasnt been updated in many years. Poor selection and fairly high prices relative to Walmart. I see no reason to shop here.

Very bad customer service. In store for over 15minutes unable to get anyone to help me. Saw several employees carrying on conversations with themselves. Asked to be help only to be told let me get someone. The only employees were around cash register.

LONG lines. If you need assistance with something, good luck finding the help. If your doing online pickup, dont expect to be in and out. (I have not tried the curb side pickup yet, afraid I will be forgotten) Prices are reasonable. Sales are ok.

Very poor customer service! When asking for help, they dont care who you are. Moreover, waiting in line, can take up to 15 to 20 minutes. Every employee in the store also seem to be very disfuntional about their knowledge.

Kmart isnt what it used to be anymore. It was barren and deserted looking, of customers and employees. I guess this is what its like when youre clinging on to relevance in a world where no one cares.

Decent store -- very few customers, but sadly very few cashiers as well. Overall decently stocked and clean. It used to have a Little Caesars Pizza in it -- but that is now permanently closed.

Honestly, the nicest Kmart Ive been in ever, (and my parents used to frequent them back in the 70s and 80s. Lots of merchandise and friendly staff.
