Please Please Please save your money, time, and sanity and dont shop here! Im not one to normally care much about customer service, especially if I can save some money, but the "service" people here, at the recall center, and the delivery team are so bad at their jobs Im actually happy they work here just to keep them out of the rest of the customer service industry. We went in to buy a washer and dryer and after some hunting found a nice matching Kenmore set. Then we practically had to beg the people to help us buy it. We asked if we could pay over the phone with a credit card and they refused so we came in and then we had to ask 3 people to get someone to help us give them $1200. Ive spent too much of my precious time waiting on hold with their service center - both for the delivery we paid almost $100 for and the brand new dryer that finally arrived but wont start (I mean seriously cant they simple plug the thing in before they sell it to make sure it works?). Ive talked to at least 9 people today to get a new dryer and/or repair from the store and were still no closer to help. I dont normally write reviews either, but I feel that is is my civic duty to warn whoever takes the time to read this about the inefficiency, rudeness, and blatant lies this store will shove down your throat. Trust me, even clean clothes are not worth it.

Excellent customer service. We had a very complicated order, but the manager worked with us to get the best prices and discounts possible. He also helped order a new matching washing machine to the discounted dryer we found on the sales floor. We ordered the largest fridge we could find (new, I might add), then didnt like how it looked in our kitchen. They took it back with no hassles and brought us a size that fit better. We also saved $1000 on a double oven here. There was one small scratch on the handle which could be replaced for $100. But honestly, now that its installed, it doesnt even bother me. All in all, I highly recommend checking out this store before paying full price! I believe you can search their inventory online as well.

Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery services. Will never do business with again! Ordered a fridge. Got confirmation of delivery. No delivery occurs. Note that this was an order for a business. I call them back and they tell me that they called the first number on the account (I gave them my cell phone as well) and since they called our business after hours and didnt get somebody, they decided to cancel the order and sold the fridge to somebody else. I then went through a 4 week ordeal with another location and still have not received a fridge from either store. All told, It has been over 6 weeks, 2 orders, 5 scheduled deliveries, and nothing to show for it.

Saved my Thanksgiving!!. My 30 year old oven thermostat went out the Monday before Thanksgiving. I couldnt get parts or find a new oven to install before Thursday. My choice was craigslist but found the Sears outlet store. I had a hard time finding one and customer service got involved and directed me to Steven a local manager and then Paul in Sacramento. They found an oven for me Tuesday and sold it to me 50% off. I couldnt believe it and I had them cut the box open to make sure it was right and it was better model than I expected. The oven was installed that night and my Thanksgiving is back on schedule. Thank you Steven (thats my sons name) and Paul.

This is the place! Dont go to the Rancho Cordova location. The sacramento store off of Arden is heads and shoulders above the Rancho store. I bought a stove that was normally $3,000 for $1,100!!!. It was brand new and still in the box. They had a great selection of appliances and so much more. I also bought a microwave for $300 brand new in the box and saved $200 on that. Also bought an adorable patio set for$119. Bought a $70 ice cream maker for $19. I will go back there everytime. The sales staff was awesome, so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Nicole and Mike you guys were so great!

IF you do your research you can make a fantastic purchase here. DO NOT expect lots of assistance from store sales persons. THIS is a warehouse operation and they move lots of merchandise at huge discounts from retail. We have purchased many items here and in the Bay Area over the past 20+ years. 18 Months ago we purchased (January 2012) a Samsung French Door Refrigerator at more than 50% savings just because there were a couple of minor dents. It was brand new! Delivered installed-and old taken away for $75 a bargain!

Good merchandises. You can still keep your champagne taste with beer budget.I made mistake choosing wrong bed sets ( as display model didnt have box spring). I am used to send email to complain not to praise but this time I am compelled to say how wonderful Sears Outlet in Sacramento employees are especially Manager PaulTassinari and Assitant manager Rajaie Salman. Their customer services are surpass Nordstrom. I am hooked on Sears Outlet. Thanks again Paul and Rajaie.

Micheal Linton=AMAZING! For starters this was our first time visiting the sears outlet. We came in about a week or so prior to our purchase to look around. Micheal was so HELPFUL! Very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us all the info we needed in purchasing the perfect refrigerator. We came back in to purchase a little over a week later thinking we should have called to see if Mike was in. We walk in, see Mike and he remembers us by NAME!!!

I ordered a large item online, and when I picked it up it turned out to be the wrong item. It was a simple mistake, but the professionalism displayed by the management team was beyond what Id ever expect. They owned up to the mistake, helped me find a new unit (ended up having to ship it from another store), and gave me 100% attention until we solved the problem. I couldnt have asked for better.

A refreshing sales experience. Sears outlet offered personal service. I had product questions and needed help with my credit. Everything cames with a warranty. I came in to buy a refrigerator and found nice people and good savings. I also picked up a washer and dryer. Do your research before coming here, I bought my refrigerator much cheaper at the regular Sears store than at the Sears outlet. Theres a manager whos name is Paul who was yelling at the employees during my whole time here very rude man, very unprofessional
