I called Navi to repair our viking fridge which was not cooling and was icing up at the bottom above the meat drawer. Previously I had a different repair service come out and they replaced the seal around the door and said that would fix it. IT DIDNT. Navi diagnosed the problem that the top motor was bad. They ordered parts (covered by warranty) and did the job in one day. It was a huge job and they replaced all of the part under warranty. They did a great job and the fridge works awesome. I highly recommend them.

I would not use this guy again, I set up an appointment and he never showed or even called to let me know he wouldnt make it. I called him twice and left a message and still no reply. Unless of course he has had some family tragedy. If I get a return call with that being the fact I will remove my review.
