I ordered a custom french door from them. We looked at a few different options but consistently told the salesperson that we needed a door with venting sidelights. Door was supposed to come in within 10 days. Didnt come in for almost 3 weeks. The door that came in was not what we ordered. It did not have venting sidelights, it had fixed sidelights. In addition, the door was damaged. My husband watched it come out of a ripped and very damaged box and a part of the frame was bent and had marks in it. After fighting with home depot for over 4 WEEKS, they have refused to do anything about it. They dont believe us that we asked for venting sidelights and they refuse to do anything about the damage. They think that because the order simply states "sidelights" (neither fixed nor moving noted on the order), they are covered and we should have known it had fixed sidelights. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I spent $1400 on a door that I have zero use for and was then berated by home depot about how Im an idiot. Their policy is, doesnt matter what you order, you get what you get.

I just had one of the worst experiences(as far as Home Depots go) in this store. Normally, I like going to Home Depot. The employees are usually well informed and friendly. In this location I was given bad directions inside the store(TWICE), had my things withheld from me at the cash registers when I asked(the second time) where a simple item was, and had my ear talked off for 20 minutes about how this guy ran plumbing under his house without answering the question I initially asked him. Overall, I would give this store less than one star and will avoid going there like the plague.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes for some one to help me with ordering carpet. They only have one person to help me and he is cutting blinds and told me he will come over whenever he is done with the blinds and would not even give me a guess. I am ready to go to Lowes. Awful.

Beware of this store when ordering products!!!! They make the error and then blame you. I too have a door that I cant use that I paid 300.00+ for. I have been a long time customer and will no longer be setting foot in the store! I will be doing all my shopping at Lowes!

I dont usually review, but Steve is way off. Ive shopped at almost every depot in the bay area, and dozens more in other states. This location is among the best, for home depot that is. Cmon, youre only here because theyre cheap anyway.

Staff here is really quite friendly. Employees have always been very helpful and patient, especially at the returns counter. Bathrooms are usually pretty dirty, but otherwise this location is great!

Countless employees yet no one was available to help. A trip to the Customer Service desk resulted in waiting for 5+ minutes before I gave up.

The checkout is terribly slow due to not enough checkers, the one who was working was clueless, lots of other staff walking past.

Its a clean and open store, but the sales associates are hard to find. The music is sometimes very loud and sad.
