Ive used them twice. Once for my microwave and once for my dryer. Both times the servicers that came to the house were polite, helpful, and very nice. They were clear and upfront with the service I required and explained exactly what they were going to do. Also, they have come in under their original quote both times. When I called for my dryer, they were at my house within an hour, fixed the dryer, cleaned out my exhaust and replaced a hose. Excellent people and excellent workmanship.

Al just came to my house and was Extremely rude. I specifically told the lady on the phone the brand of washer i had and walked in and said "who ever called didnt know what they were talking about" and after he looked at it said my racks looked bad. Thats not my issue. I wouldnt want him making a dime off of me. Ill pay more.
