This is hands down the worst service I have ever had for any repair. I paid in advance for the service call and have been waiting 6 weeks for this company to convert a cook top from natural gas to propane. I have been told they are waiting on the parts to come in and that it would be another week but no promises. 7 weeks????? I went on line and found the parts ready for overnight delivery for less than $100. I called to let them know and the response was essentially "and?" There is no one to speak with other than the gal who answers the phone remotely from her home, so I guess Im expected to wait. It seems like these folks are not terribly with it when it comes to their knowledge of appliances, their customer service or their desire to succeed.

We moved into a house which had a washer and dryer in it. We discovered the washer had a leak right away. Thomas appliance said they needed to order the part. Each time the management company called the part was on backorder and it would be one more week. Now were into the fifth week and theyre still stalling this thing out. This is 2017, the worst backorder in the world doesnt take 5 weeks. And how many people could be ordering that particular part? Not a fan of this company.

When I called yesterday, the lady that answered was very nice and made an appointment for this morning between 9 and noon. Doug called just before 9:00 to confirm directions, and was prompt, courteous and efficient. Repaired my dishwasher, stayed to make sure it was working properly, and charged a fair rate for the service call. I would recommend them.

Had an appt scheduled from 9-12. Waited until 1pm and no one showed. Whats the purpose of an appt slot if its not honored? If they would have called before 12pm to say they were going to be late it would have been a different story but no call no show.
