Zero stars. Called to see if this gentleman would fix my washer the other day. Described the model and type to the gentleman on the phone who promptly informed me "ya were not interested!" And hung up Assuming that I may have poorly communicated my need for my washer to be repaired and thinking maybe that this gentleman thought I was trying to swindle him into buying my broken washer I called back. "Im sorry I think you may have misunderstood me earlier Im looking for some one to" The gentlemen cuts me off and began screaming into the phone. "F*** you, you punk, you cant just call my g** d*** phone and waste my time. So why dont you go f*** yourself b**** now get of my g** d*** phone". Ive never been cussed out while trying to pay someone. I called to give this guy my money. To fix my washer and he flipped out on me. Dont go here. People are terrible. But its one thing when its deserved. Its another when its just because people are horrible human beings.

Just today, I called this business and provided the information needed to get our Frigidaire stove fixed. Apparently, the igniter had burned out and this pleasant and very knowledgeable man replaced the burned out with the new one in a matter of minutes and arrived in the time given. Just from the description of the problem/issue we provided, he brought a new igniter so there was no waiting. I would say to those complaining, it helps to give a clear description of the problem so the technician has an idea what they are working with. I would use this business again. A 5 star plus!

I called to ask if they purchases used appliances or did trades and this horrible person just hung up on me after accusing me of "calling three times already". This was my first and only call. No company that treats customers the way she did should still be in business. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I have a antique Wedgwood gas stove the oven didnt work I called Sears and they couldnt fix it I called Sacramento. Appliance and they fixed it right away I recommend
