I bought a GE refrigerator 1 1/2 yrs ago from Manuel Joseph Appliance Center. I try to do business locally, so even though I pay a bit more than I would have at Sears or Home Depot, I thought I would get better service. Boy was I wrong!!! Refrigerator stopped working after 1 year and a half, and guess what. The warranty is only good for one year and the person that answered the phone wasnt the least bit sympathetic to the fact that it is 100 degrees out and the fridge is cooling and I am losing $100 worth of food. Back to Sears for me.
