They told me I would get a new mattress still in the bag, two separate times. But I am still sitting on a used one. And if something breaks on accident, they are supposed to give a loaner until they can fix the other one. I got a loaner but it wasnt the same size TV .. theres a big difference between 55" and 43". Oh and when they came to pick up broken TV, the guys took the power cord to the PS4, and forgot to take the remote to the broken TV! really? Ughhh

I have had a refrigerator from Tracy Rent a Center for a year in a half. Never had problem with customer service during that time. Now they have a new manager name Hector. He wanted to take my refrigerator for being 5 days late. I talk to him on the phone and he was nothing but rude. This guy has bad Customer service! He has a power trip for sure!!
