I have had good experiences here in the past with the staff and their service. The merge with Best Buy though, has made their systems confusing even for the staff to understand at times. Appliances would not show up on time, or did not get delivered at scheduled days. Tom used to work here before, and he always pulled some strings to make sure we were happy. But now with the staff change, and spotty callbacks, we have now moved to shop somewhere else.

Me and my partner are fairly young. We went to Pacific Sales to purchase a refridrator, washer, and drier for our first home. We were 100% ignored by their staff. We could not find someone to come and talk to us about their products. I dont know if it was our age or if they just simply suck at customer service but we werent taken seriously so we left and bought our appliances at Lowes.

Do Not Buy anything from this store. ordered all kitchen appliances months in advance for our home renovation. Delivery was rescheduled twice , delayed the entire project and our move date. They are unreliable and the customer service stinks. No communication, just emails that your delivery date is rescheduled. Bad bad all the way around. What a poor experience.

This customer service from this location is the worst. We had two orders, both were not delivered on the specified day contracted. When trying to contact the store location regarding the delivery, no one would return our call. I would rate this a 0 out of 5. i would never do business and would not recommend doing business with this company again.

No-one approached to help us at all or even spoke to us. Only one person in bath fixture area, already helping a customer. At least 4 up at the front counter chatting away. Prices were allot higher than what I see online. I rate places on their customer service. They had a decent selection but terrible service for a Wednesday afternoon.

We have had good luck with them. Had an oven and stove installed. The contractor Mike is a fabulous installer. Nice also that you can use you Best Buy CC. True you have to go find a sales person but that just takes walking up and then they help. Better than the places where they hover.

These guys created a bar at my house adjacent to the dining room and it looks amazing. The quality of work is unrivaled and Im very happy drinking and serving from my beautiful counter-tops and top notch cabinets.

Well, the web site says they were open today, and the hours are 10am to 9pm. Guess what? They were closed when we dove up there to look at refirigerators.
