i purchased a washer and dryer from the sears outlet in March 2016, neither of them worked when i brought them home. i purchased a warranty and scheduled the repairs. the washer was fixed in 2 visits, the dryer on the other hand has been serviced 6 times and still doesnt work. in between repair attempts, sears short shipped parts, had a few reschedules so i finally requested a replacement (which took 3 weeks and several follow up phone calls). i finally get the approval to go into a sears store to get a replacement...now mind you, i have had to purchase a used dryer so i could do laundry for a family of 4 during this period of time. i get the replacement set up for delivery and they bring me a gas dryer and i need an electric dryer. the delivery driver said i need to call the store to fix the issue because he is a 3rd party delivery company. i call and the representative sees the issue and corrects it but cannot confirm when the replacement dryer will be delivered...he says the delivery company will call me to confirm within 48 hours and if they dont to call the store back and they would look into it. well, 48 hours has come and gone so i called they store and the representative has the gall to direct me to the bottom of my receipt to coordinate my own delivery.....whats going on here? sears, do you realize u received my money for a dryer in March 2016 and i still dont have a working dryer from you? once this issue is resolved, i will never buy from sears again. i would give you NO stars but your rate and review requires me to lie and click a star just so i can post the truth.

HORRIBLE management. I purchased a treadmill on May 26th 2017, then went on a 2 week vacation in Cancun and injured my knee (torn MCL), X-rays revealed Osteoarthritis and the doctor ordered no more running/hiking/treadmill and instead ordered swimming, biking as alternative exercises. My treadmill was used twice for walking before my injury and has less than a mile on it (brand new!). Due to my vacation out of country, I did not contact Sears until July 6th, after my x rays and medical diagnosis to return or EXCHANGE my treadmill for a stationary bike. The clerk, Ali, was extremely nice and helpful and said he didnt see a problem and wished he could help me, but the store manager needs to approve the exchange or refund. The department manager, Luba (who was very unprofessional and was dealing with her own small children in the store while talking to me), said it was against store policy and that the store manager, Keith, would not allow the return (even though he has the authority to do so). I call BS!! This store SUCKS and Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. Sears needs to disappear. I was a customer for over 30 years, but I will never return and will encourage everyone I know to shop elsewhere. That was a very bad move Sears at Arden Fair Mall, shame on you.

I just left your store at Arden Fair, myself and at least 15 other customers waited in the check out line for 25 minutes. This was because there was only one person at the 4 registers. The lines throughout the store had the same back up.I finally moved up in line, when 3 people in front of me just laid their purchases down and walked off. I also believe that having someone apply for credit in the check out line is ridiculous. Upon speaking to the manager, who acted as though I was wasting her time. I only give one star because I cant post this if I dont give at least one star. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. No one at that store will pick up the phone. I have been calling for days to find out if my item is ready to pick up. I dont want to drive there if it is not. I never got the conformation e-mail I was supposed to get and no one will answer the phone. No help from National customer service either,. they called the Arden store and they could not get anyone to answer either. Now I will have to try to get a refund. Buy elsewhere !!!

I was doing price and product comparisons for a new range. I was able to look at the products at my leisure without being bothered by salespeople. One did come up to me after about 10 minutes, but let me continue looking. I really liked that because I didnt feel pressured and got the information I needed to make a decision.

Horrible customer service. No return available if item been received as a gift. Manager is not helping at all. Just telling that this is store credit. Finally were given a gift card instead and wrong amount was applied to this card. Item cost $19 and they returned only $13. Awful place to visit!

Worse store policy. If its more than 30 days you are stuck with the items. It was only a PJ top!! Sears will NOT return or exchange!! I will NEVER shop Sears again!! If a 0 Star was available, thats what they would get.

Clean store inside for the most part. Although I only go into the electronics and tools section, I can say that they are well stocked. The electronics section may be slightly outdated to some extent though.

I went in there to get 4 tires for my honda and they stripped one of my lug studs. Instead of replacing it, they just ran another lug nut over the damaged threads
