They were the authorized service center from LG. My 3 years old fridge went out (lucky huh?) and I called LG for help. Since their own technician was busy and the weather was hot, they gave me Valley Oak Appliances number and I called them. It was a big mistake to get help from them. The technician from them put in a "new" control board to replace my burned control board. But after that my fridge kept blowing warm air. That guy was called back to check but he was not able to detect the problem. He just said there was a leak and the whole seal system needed to be replaced. I didnt trust him and called LG to schedule their own technician to come to fix my fridge. It turned out that the "new" control board was a bad one. The LG technician had to replace it and he also found out the real problem. There was no leak at all and it was some other problem. However, Valley Oak Appliance charged me $90 for the service call for nothing. It was a waste of time and money. So I wouldnt count on Valley Oak Appliance and would rather wait for the manufacturer to fix the problem.

We have had to replace three of our major appliances in the past three months. We have purchased and replaced them with Valley Oak Appliance items. The first to go was my dryer in May 2014, my washer in June 2014, and my refrigerator in August 2014. I have had the same repairman (Logan) install each of my appliances and he did a wonderful job. He took time to demonstrate how to use each item, gave me time to clean under the item after he moved the old one out, and was polite and very knowledgeable about each appliance. He had Dmitri with him for the refrigerator and he was just as helpful and polite. I would recommend either of these men for any job at Valley Oak Appliance.

I waited all Fri afternoon for Sears to arrive to repair my dryer. At 5 pm I called Valley Oak. Wish I got the gentlemans name who answered the phone. I told him my dilemma he offered to squeeze me in Sat afternoon. After telling him the issue, he told me how to try to fix it myself. Sears was going to charge me $129 just to show up. What wonderful service from a local business. Im kicking myself for not calling them first. Sears has lost all of my business and I will be buying my replacement washer and dryer from Valley Oak. Thank you so much for the help!!

I have had so many good experiences with Valley Oak appliance when I used to have an older Maytag wash/dryer they were only ones I trusted to service them. 3 yrs ago I purchased a new Bosch set from them. The washer had numerous issues .There was no replacement part for my broken Boshe washer & Bosch wasn;t accomodating at all ! But, Tim at Valley Oak stepped in on my behalf & rectified the problem with Bosche Now that is EXCELLENT customer service!

My dryer needed service and When I called a very polite and friendly person made the appointment for just a few days later. I even received a reminder call the day before. The technician arrived on time and made the repairs. The price was much less expensive than I thought. I will continue to use this company for service and also will buy my next appliance there. Great job Valley Oak!

Valley Oak went out of there way to make our situation right...sorry to see some of the experiences below. We had purchased a new front load washer (not top of the line) but it wasnt working right. After a second attempt at fixing it. They sent over a brand new one. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to recommend them to all my friends. They have always done right by our family

Great customer service in the store Dana and Mario are super helpful and patient which it works when you dont know the precise name for the part youre looking for. They give you guarantee on all the items you purchase. The prices are a little more but its worth it... Unless you like yo go to the big name store and be there looking for that one part for your appliances.

Had my dryer repaired today. Technician was clean cut, presentable and very efficient. He completed the repairs in no time at all and actually cleaned the area and left it cleaner than when he arrived.
