mind you are they are an in house service business not a parts store. and while i completely understand the one (and last) phone call i made was abrupt, rude, and frustrating. before i could even discuss what i wanted i was asked "where do you live?" when i outlined what i wanted she informed me about not being able to sell me parts (despite what the Bosch service site says) the tone/attitude given me suggested that i had and IQ of about 5. and when i asked her to repeat the name of the parts store it seemed i was making it a big inconvenience to even talk with me. i prefer to call local businesses for my business. i can safely say these are people i wont call again. suggestion to owner? fire your wife and find someone with a nicer disposition to answer your phone, even if it is a service. i wish them luck - but i wont be giving them my money in any capacity.

We woke up on a Saturday morning to a broken fridge and freezer. We called A & B Appliance and they were able to come out and service our fridge within 1 hour. Great service and even on a Saturday!! Thank you for saving us and our food!! Much appreciated!! Heidi & Erik in Lincoln CA
