They should call It club depot because more people walk around chatting with each other. Then just stare at you when u ask them for something! these employees get paid to socialize with each ,then actually do their job. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come get down a shop vac when theres how many employees that passed me by and are too busy chatting with each other then to do their job ! 3 times I asked for help and all three times they told me that they would call the hardware guy hardware guy was not around why couldnt any of these employees that I asked for help get up on the ladder and get it for me why do they need one specific person absolutely ridiculous wont be spending my money here anymore. Period. Becky March 17, 2012 Yesterday the paint dept. inadvertently switched our paint order w/another customers. When my mom brought the paint home I thought this doesnt look correct. I started painting and knew I couldnt live w/the color. Today I went back to find the card stock color and confirmed my suspicions. I was ordering the correct color plus another gallon. I was explaining to the sales person (Alejandro) that my mom probaly ordered wrong, he informed me what had transpired and was very apologetic. He also only charged me $7.00 for the second gallon. I was pleased. Alejandro helped me a couple of weeks ago when I was inquiring about chalkboard paint. I purchased and was delighted with the outcome. I must say Home Depot and their staff are always accomodating and I will continue to shop with them. Thanks

This is the worst store I have ever been to and I suggest to not go to. We go to buy a new fridge Stove dishwasher and microwave totaling over 6500$ the fridge was on sale they forgot to take the sign down. And well they have a buy more save more deal right now, so the manager says she will Honor the sale price and we get the buy more save more deal this is all after waiting for 3 hours for her to get the ok from the store manager. Shes ringing us up and Im paying attention and realize we didnt get the buy more save more. Then she proceeds to tell me she never said that we can have both. Pretty much lieing through her teeth. All in all this is the worst store I have ever been to and I refuse to give home depot a dime of my money again and I hope you all will do the same

Yesterday I spent an hour over at the hammer lane store and couldnt find the part I needed, I asked for help but no one ever came... when I arrived at this store I was very frustrated as I walked around looking for the plumbing dept. I came across a really knowledgeable associate who greeted me in the garden dept and she offered to assist me. I then showed her what I had and she took me right to it..... not only did she solve that problem but she even help me figure out another problem I was having with my shower.. thank you lily for all your help

Este home depot es una mierda. Esperando asistencia en plomeria por mas de una hora. Y pedí a 3 personas asistencia y nunca brindaron la asistencia. Es mejor buscar otros lugares. Que esto. Que es. Ya verdadera lastima que no tengan el personal capacitado para esto

Went with my husband to pick up a light bulb for our refrigerator. We were assisted by an older gentleman who proudly had UNITED STATES NAVY SEAL RETIRED (Shawn) on his orange work apron. We thanked him for his service and somehow got involved in a political debate. I really did not appreciate being questioned and then put down because of my beliefs. All I came for was a light bulb! Guess we will be going to Lowes from now on. We actually found items for less there anyway!

Worst cosumer service i have ever had to deal with. I will never come back to this store again. Went in to rent a peace of equiment and was not give any instruction with it so i got on the youtube and watched the instructions from the homedepot page witch still did not work.. took the peace of equipment back and was told im stupid and was using the equipment wrong even though i fallowed the instructions from there page. Avoid this homedepot

Great service. As a Disabled Veteran most of the employees have gone out of their way to help me while I have asked. the Young lady (Tessa) at the customer Service counter yesterday, Was extremely helpful with a problem I was having. The other with (Vicky) in appliances. Both of them are very professional, friendly and where great help to me. these are the type of employees that every company needs to have. thank you both.

Worst experience ever. Order a microwave and a stove. Got two microwaves and wrong color stove, second delivery wrong color again, 6 phone calls, 45- 1.5 each. no resolutions. 800 # sends me to store, Greg store manager sends me online as " he has nothing to do with 800 # . Bo accountability and extremely poor customer service. I recommend you no to use them ever for appliance purchases

Kim - Manager Mary - Door Department Danial - Associate Kim, Mary, and Daniel are the epitome of what excellent customer service. I can honestly say having met these wonderful people they truly care about your needs almost on a level of friendship. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this Home Depot, even if its a little more of a drive from a closer one. Well worth it!!!

I spend a lot of money here. So I have a lot of experience here. I dont expect the bells to ring when I walk in but I dont think anyone should have to wait this long at the service desk to pick up an order. I really think the store is always understaffed of poorly managed with where staff is at. Also. If youre calling right now just stop lol.

Service has been slipping into the dark ages. I have been shopping here for some 10 years... I have never seen it so bad. I went to exchange a propane tank. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help exchange tanks after I paid, and that was with reminding them every 5 minutes that I was waiting.

This place was good until they cut all the knowledgeable employees for minimum wage high school kids. The kids are clueless about everything, most of them anyway. If youre willing to overlook the lack of service then by all means do shop here. Two stars for the decent selection.

Got there around 9:30p.m. I figured they would be pushy, about getting me out of the store. but on the contrary they were real helpful and were not pushing at all for me to leave. everybody was nice and Polite. two thumbs up as far as Im concerned!!!
