My wife and I were returning a faulty outdoor metal fire pit and were ignored by one of the cashiers working return because a worker was partially blocking our way talking to her, then she took someone else, the other cashier working returns apologized for the incident, and made us feel better about the situation. We then went to pick up a compost unit for the parents and met the next obstacle. The same worker who had distracted the cashier from helping us earlier was the only one available to assist us. He then could not seem to find a reason to check and see if they had any in boxes and just wanted us to have the display, he was extremely reluctant to offer assistance. I will be going else where from now on.

I ordered a cordless combo kit online and the entire process was ridiculous. Never do a store pickup. The staff obviously doesnt mesh with the system. They sold my cordless combo kit and didnt update the system. I had already driven over an hour to pick it up in store and they didnt have it. They wanted to refund me and charge me again so I could go pick it up at another store further down the road. Did I mention I had already driven an hour? You lost my money Home Depot. Jen, JJ, and Amber all could do nothing to help. Ill be going to lowes

There never seems to be enough assistance when youre looking for a particular item in Home Depot. If I was the manager at this store, I would definately instruct employees to make eye contact with customers and ask if they need assistance. It seems like when youre walking around, the employees, who are few and far between are afraid to look at you that they may need to help you!

I really enjoy going to my local Home Depot. They are always helpful and quick to get me what I need. No useless banter it extended sales pitches for stuff I dont need.

Hit the Garden center for new landscaping for my brothers home, very pleased with the customer service & help I received from the clerks in the garden department.

Customer service is good sometimes and horrible other times. Its nice and close to home but the inconsistent employees push me to Lowes more often than not.

It as as most Home Depot stores are. I usually fins what I want and more. People are helpful if you track them down. Garden department is very nice.
