In January I spoke to Marcos and got a quote for a full suite of appliances and explained to him that I would like to order the appliances then but would not pick them up until later when we were ready for them. He said that was no problem, they could hold them in the warehouse until we needed them and was charged $7,514.71. I called several times to check the status, and was told that they had ordered them with a later delivery date so they weren’t in the warehouse for an unnecessary amount of time. While I understand this logic, it didn’t sit right with me that I was charged but they hadn’t been shipped for weeks, as well as the fact that this was not what we had discussed. On Saturday, May 6th, I called to set up a pick up for the appliances. First they had a problem finding my appliances, and would call me back. Two hours later, they called saying that my appliances weren’t there because one item was on backorder and they wouldn’t ship the appliances until the entire order was ready. I found it hard to believe that for five months KitchenAid didnt make a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hood vent, and slide in range. Following the phone call with Capital Wholesale, I called another local retailer and asked for pricing and availability of the exact same models and told them the backorder story I was given. Not only did they beat Capital Wholesale’s prices, but he ordered 20 of each appliance to see if there really was a shortage of the appliances. Low and behold, he could have them delivered by Thursday. I placed the order with the new retailer, and called Capital Wholesale back to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told the refund was processed, but I didn’t trust what I was being told. I drove down to Capital Wholesale to get a physical copy of my refund receipt, and on the drive over called my bank to see if I was covered in case it went sideways. The bank told me that I was covered, but to make sure that I got a copy of the refund receipt if the funds hadn’t been refunded to my account by Wednesday, to report it to the bank and start a claim. When I got to Capital Wholesale I was told that he couldn’t process the refund that day, the person who would be there on Monday was the only person who could process it. I told him that was unacceptable, they had been holding my money for almost six months without delivering and I wanted a refund immediately. Again, he told me that he couldn’t do it, and then brought up the outright lies that the appliances were on backorder because I found another store that could deliver them on Thursday, I was told to “go buy them from them then”. I told him that I wasn’t leaving until I had the refund. After much arguing he called the owner and got permission to issue the refund. Shocker, the refund hadn’t gone through by the day the bank told me to report it. So to protect myself, I started the claims process with my bank. Two and a half weeks later, I get a phone call from the same angry employee that told me to buy the appliances elsewhere saying that he told me it would take a few days for the bank to refund my money and that my bank shows that I already have the refund in my account. He told me that I immediately needed to stop the claim and work it out with my bank. How this dummy thinks he can see my bank account is beyond me, so again, I called my bank. And again, I was told by my bank that there was exactly zero dollars in refunds posted to, approved, or pending in my account. Later that day I get a call from the Sacramento Sheriff saying that I had been reported to them by Capital Wholesale for fraud because I had received a refund from the bank during the claim process, and had already received the refund from Capital Wholesale, so I was ‘double dipping’. I explained the entire story to the Sheriff, who asked if I could email a copy of my bank statement to show there had been no refund. I gladly emailed the statements as requested, and got a response shortly after saying that I was correct, no refund had been issued. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CAPITAL WHOLESALE ELECTRIC.

I would not buy from this store, owner is very dishonest you will NOT get what you are promised. When you call him on it, he will just quit dealing with you and become extremely rude and unprofessional. I am still trying to get a refund that he owes me. He has been promising to mail me a check for over a month. Hung up on my wife and I both for calling to ask when we will get it. Do yourself a big favor and shop somewhere else!

I explained that the apoointment he scheduled wasnt going to work but he said that wasnt his problem. I told him what I needed and he said too bad. I told him the problem and he said Im stuck with it. Dont use this company, they suck.

Its Sunday... We want to spend cash on kitchen appliances. Your phone wont answer, even with the basic recording including store hours. Could you at least put your store hours on this website?

Walked around for 20 minutes and probably would have made a purchase, but there were no employees anywhere to assist. Just a bunch of kids hanging around the furniture on cell phones.

With the expert advice from James I determined the root cause of my issue and how to resolve it. Price on part was better than competitors.
