1.5 months later after telling me my refrigerator is leaking water inside because of a bad door seal, my refrigerator is still leaking. He didnt even open anything up except the refrigerator door to diagnose this internal leak. Supposedly after I gave a $200 deposit for parts and labor a door seal was ordered. 1.5 months later no door seal. Im done, this is ridiculous. Update: I ordered and received my door seal in 3 days! The problem was not a door seal but a leaking water reservoir that I replaced myself. Another 2 weeks has gone by since I last spoke to Adam & asked for a refund. He said I should have a check in about a week. By the way, he was screening my phone number. I first called from my cell phone & no answer. I then called from my work phone & he picked up right away. I am ready to proceed with legal action against Wiz. Update: Wiz Appliance no longer has a valid state license to operate. Please do not use these crooks! I have still not received a refund!

Whiz appliance is aptly named as you are sure to get pissed on... Scheduled service for Saturday early afternoon. Tech (Adam) called to confirm, but as the day wore on I got a call his phone wasnt working so he wanted to reschedule for Monday. I get it, its Saturday and the guy wants to cut out, so he agrees to give me a discount and promised to be there Monday at 10-12. At about noon Monday, they call and inform me they are pulling him for a contacted job. I guess Im supposed to be more understanding since its a contacted job for them??? But Im stuck now, so I agree to the next day. But do you think they came the next day? nope, nada, not even a call, I suspect at this point they just decided they have to many contract jobs they dont need to be bothered with home jobs. At this point I call Sears and they had someone out next day, and the best part is their base diagnostic fee is about 30% less than whiz. Stay away from this place if you value you time...

Called on a Friday morning after noticing the freezer wasnt really "freezing" things. WizAppliance sent someone that same day! The repairman, Adam, was professional and pleasant! He was knowledgeable; in no time he found the problem, ordered the part and said hed return Saturday, if the part arrived, but no later than Monday! Even though the part arrived Monday afternoon, Adam said Monday so he honored his word. We didnt have to wait another day because he stayed late to make sure he got our refrigerator working by Monday! I didnt have to buy a new fridge, I didnt lose any groceries and the repair cost was reasonable! Honest company, ....gotta love it! Thank you Adam

My refrigerator stopped dispensing water. So I called an appliance company and they came out and they quoted me $800 to replace the display board. The guy was really decided to call a different company and I choose wiz appliance. They sent Tom and he came right on time to reprogram my refrigerator and my ref was working and dispensing water immediately they charged me $150 vs the $800 I was quoted! If you need a professional, clean and most importantly an expert then look no further than Wiz Appliance. Breath of fresh air to find good repair guy!

Adam took my $79 for a service charge after attempting to charge us $420 to replace a single bolt on an oven door handle assembly. A new oven costs $599. Also, Adam wanted me to write the personal check made out to him, not Wiz Appliance. According to Adam, he is a third-party contractor and not an employee of Wiz Appliance. This company is deceitful and I would strongly suggest that you choose another company. According to previous post, they lost their business license.

We called wiz appliance to fix our refrigerator that was leaking on the floor. They came out with an hour and quickly figure out what the problem was. They didnt just fix it. They explained to me everything why it happened and how it would not happen anymore. Fairly priced and reputable company very professional. Will call them again highly recommended.

my dishwasher broke so I contacted wiz and scheduled an appointment. they were able to come out the same day and happened to have the needed part right there in their van. Brian the technician was extremely courteous and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely use them again. Excellent service.

The laundry mat was killing me and my washer stopped draining. They came out quickly replaced the pump and showed me how to stop that from happening again. Excellent service great prices. Its good to know theres companies that understand customer service. Rarity nowadays.

Wiz was able to make an appointment quickly, they showed up in the time slot and had it diagnosed and repaired in maybe an hour since he had the part in the van. They really couldnt be better at their job as the experience could not be improved.
