!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! This store is known for 80% sales of broken appliances that do not work. They tell you they will give you a 60 day warranty that’s not fulfilled/honored when something brakes or don’t work. They ONLY TAKE CASH and take your money with stamp that says “NO CASH REFUND/EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY”. This means you have to buy something even if it don’t work 100 times or they don’t have it and you must wait. Its call “buyer entrapment”. It’s a win for the store and a loose, loose for customers. You will never get your money back. If your lucky you may get something that works after the pain of dealing with long weeks and calls of getting no place with the workers and the owner. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB. This store changes the warranty as they see fit. They don’t take credit as you could then file a claim dealing with others way. You have little room when filing in small claims court as I was told. I hope this saves you the pain I had with this business .

This place is a rip off completely!!!!! Nothing is organized in their store, they have a sign that says "refunds only with receipt". we wanted a refund and it took them 3 weeks just to give us half, only reason why we took half was because they wanted us to wait another few days so we had to consider $75 dollars a loss BULLSHIT!!!!! The "owner" is never there always sicks. Dont do any sales with Chuck, the place is a mess and completely unprofessional!!!!!! I wouldnt even rate them 1 star but I had to in order to post this.

Bad costumer service, never answer their phone. i bought a washer and Dryer but the Dryer is not working i called them and i let them know they brought me a different Dryer and its not working and from there they never answer my phone call now i been trying to reach them for 3 days no answer yet. make sure your purchase working before you buy it learn from my mistake.

An awesome guy owns and runs this business. Weve been here for multiple appliances, and hes taken care of any issues that have come up. Would recommend, especially since Americans waste tons of money on buying new appliances instead of using perfectly good ones that are headed for the chopping block.

i didnt like the delivery guy his name was (Fiji) he was so rude and he was screaming and he looked like he hates his job.. this business should have better service. also they are very bad at picking up the telephone or they have telephone problem.
