Our oven died one evening, I called A&J and left a message at 5:30 pm and Phil returned my call at 8PM! I was shocked! I couldnt pick up so he left a message telling me he didnt work on my brand of oven. I called back to ask if anyone did or if he had any ideas of how I should proceed. Phil went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He walked me through a quick diagnostic and told me what was likely wrong and even gave me an estimate. He was super easy to talk to and so kind and professional. I am afraid I will be buying a new oven instead of having this one repaired due to its age and cost of repair. I WILL BE CALLING A&J AGAIN if anything else breaks down! I would absolutely recommend using A&J!

Beyond satisfied. My dryer was making the worst sound and my biggest fear was an overpriced repair. Phil was incredibly responsive and transparent about his services and fees. For a very reasonable rate, my dryer is now working perfectly with no noise and got a professional cleaning and servicing from the inside out. Ill never look back to Sears again cause this guy knows his stuff, hes friendly, and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Thanks again Phil!

So pleased with Phil from A & J Appliance and Repair! These days it is so hard to achieve high quality communication and service. I received a return call very quickly and several different options were provided to me. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. Pleased with the repair and he left the house and work area clean. Could not be happier. Highly recommend and will you use again.

Phil with A&J is the only person I will call for my appliances going forward. He happened to be available to take my call at 7pm and was able to talk me through getting my broiler working again without having to come out and he didnt even charge me. Phil is a stand-up guy and the only person I would trust with my appliance repairs.
