Bought a refrigerator 08/15/16 and got it delivered on 08/20. The price dropped by more than $120 after purchase so went in store and talked to them if they would give any refund. They had me wait for more 30 mins then they come up and say the price can only be adjusted within 7 days of purchase while online it says 14 days. I had to purchase refrigerator here because the previous one i bought 2 years back in the store broke. I had a 5 year protection and they were unable to get a technician to fix the refrigerator. I had to follow up with them every day for more than 3 weeks before they gave up and refunded the money, its no fun without a refrigerator in summer. Never gonna purchase major items here, done with it. Overall its a very frustrating experience.

Well when I first got to the place they were very nice to me and I read the reviews and they were very good so I thought I would have a pleasant experience once I started getting a lot of stuff in my car I had to put a couple of things aside so I asked the lady if I could set them at the desk at the counter and I would come back and purchase him will they put those items away two times I had to go search for them again and they were very rude to me and then when I got about $1,000 worth of stuff in my car they treated me like I was a thief I will never go back to Fremont Home Depot ever again this place sucks and all of the mystery shoppers loss prevention whenever the heck they are taking photos of me you know I think thats just rude please dont shop here

This particular home depot has an outstanding selection of specialty/automotive spray paints which I have yet to find at any other home depot. I found paint varieties I didnt know exist! Seriously shocked to find this at only one HD out of the couple dozen stores in the bay high. I found high temperature engine enamels, acrylic enamels, acrylic lacquers, a primer for every application/canvas/material/surface, part specific varieties of sprays for parts like roll bar and trunk space, and my favorite is the anodized colors which come out to look like colored metallic chrome with super high shine. Good job home depot! Now u guys just have to follow the Fremont stores footsteps and youll be good to go!

This store is a disaster. You cant get any help, and the people in the store, with some exceptions, dont have a clue. Prices are generally higher than Lowes, although they do have a better selection of fasteners and some other specialty items than Lowes. They have cut way back on check-out clerks, apparently relying on the automated check out, which has almost never worked in my experience. Last try the machine did not give me the right change and the lady overseeing the process didnt have a clue how to refund my money or that maybe she should put an "out of order" sign on the machine. I left without waiting around to get the right change. Not worth it!

After my wife left in tears (literally) after a 45 minute ordeal the staff gave her, I swore I would never return. However, my son recently purchased a lighting ballast which did not work because their lighting guy picked out the wrong one for him. While there, I asked a worker where the packing tape was. He walked over to the sinks/bathroom area and grabbed some tape. "Is that enough?" he asks as he hands me one roll. I say yes and then go to pay for it. The cashier notes that there is no bar code. Why? Because the guy had handed me a half-used roll! WTF!? Sorry, but the customer service at this store is unacceptable.

Customer service here was terrible. I have a gift card and tried to use it when cashing out. When trying to scratch the back of the card to view the cards pin number, they scratched the pin number off the card so it wasnt legible. Then I was told that the card is useless because the pin number isnt legible. The customer service employees were then quick to stop helping me and moved on to other customers, leaving the money on my gift card useless. Very unprofessional.

Mostly empty since its in the middle of nowhere. There are around 10-15 employees at a time in the store to serve 5-6 customers, but we waited with a bunch of other people in the carpet section waiting for someone to show up. As we left after a wait of 10 minutes, we saw an ad, ironically, for free carpet installation! Free, if you can find someone to help!

I am copying the same review I gave Lowes. My advice is to stick with a smaller independent outfit, not a big box store: Needed help to have a project done in Fremont. I got in the middle of the worst game of "pass the buck" I have ever experienced. Apparently they have all the business they need and dont need any more. Must be nice.

Take your business elsewhere, they clearly dont want it. Signs that post the wrong store hours. Store manager (James) who doesnt honor the sign that his employees failed to correct, couldnt be more clear that customer service is his lowest priority. Nobody is perfect, but own up to your mistakes or find a job thats more suitable for you.

Didnt buy anything from this location, would give zero star if I could, terrible customer service, bad management, the woman called herself manager who name is Alaxis treat customer no respect ion at all, extremely rude, no any knowledge, only bushtit around, very horrible. This store should close the door.

Poor customer service. Employees walk around ignoring you. Asked 3 people for help but they all tried to ignore me saying that someone was coming. If you need help in this store expect to wait hours unless you chase someone down

This is near my office. I generally buy online and pickup here. Compared to other HDs this one has very little foot traffic on weekdays even after work. No major issues for the half a dozen times Ive been here.

Good selection. You can find almost anything. Customer service is hit or miss. You are more likely to get help during weekdays. Weekends are the worse, you wont get help. Some of them are very dismissive.
