This place usually closes around 6pm but my wife called when we were on our way, this was around 6:10PM, the guy Rafael said that he would gladly wait for us. (not even knowing if we were going to buy anything) We got there about 5 minutes to 7:00PM (Thanks for waiting Rafael). The place has a lot of refurbished appliances from washer to dryer and fridge. To make it short I found the perfect washer for us. All I can say is, we never had a better customer service from anyone. He knows his stuff well. We didnt feel any pressure in buying. He explained what is good and what to avoid even when buying brand new appliances from other places. By the end he asked if I have any hoses and I told him that I would just use my old ones. When we were on our way out, he called us back and handed us a brand new hose for free. Such a pleasure doing business with this place. I would definitely come back for future purchase. Oh yeah, he even gave us 90 days guarantee instead of the normal 60 days that they give. Thanks again Rafael. I highly recommend Infinite Appliance to everyone.

Rafael from Infinite Appliance is as good as they come. He helped me find the perfect refrigerator for my basement and the price was incredible well below anything else in a store or even on craigslist. Even better was the service I received, more than 6 months after the warranty had expired I gave Rafael a call to send someone out to look at the fridge because the freezer was getting real cold but the fridge part was not cooling. Within a few hours there was a technician at my house, replaced the fan, had everything working like new and they did not charge me a dime. What makes this the most impressive is that it was the Sunday or Labor Day weekend and they responded without missing a beat over the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend Infinite Appliance for anyone that is looking for a great deal on very high quality appliances as well as anyone that appreciates when a sales guy says "we will take care of you" and really follows thru to his word!

I bought a dryer and sort $200 for an electric Kenmore Elite. The guy insisted it is good quality and will last me awhile and least for a year. This is def. not the case. I bought the dryer and it was delivered the first day. I was so happy to finally get a dryer and the service was fast and they were very nice. Now, the dryer was delivered and after me running the first load, it broke and stopped heating up. I called the tech and he offered to come fix it, it got fixed and the dryer broke again 2 months after (3 days after my 60 day warranty). The lady who "sells" told me she doesnt know and she just sells. This was rude to me. I just wants dryer that worked and lasted a least a year, I even tipped your workers $30 for delivery and its a broken piece of crap

Bought a used dryer from Craigslist, and a used washer from Infinite Appliance. Delivery guys installed the washer in our apartment the next day, and were kind enough to install our dryer too, even though they had to take the whole thing apart to do so. Rosie was super helpful in the purchase, and even followed up the next day to make sure installation had gone well and that everything was working. Very customer friendly and reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone.
