I bought a sub zero a year back. Some of the parts were missing. A technician was scheduled. When the technician got to our place, he informed us that the serial number was missing and he wont be able to do anything without the serial number. Now its been a struggle to get them to give us the serial number. The response and follow up has been pathetic, weve been running around for months. Lowes would have provided a far better service.
