I came into this location looking for a new phone. I had been with the s2 forever! I spoke with Derek here the first day and he was very knowledgeable and patient to say the least. I still was undecided so i came back 2 more times both of which i wanted to work with Derek and all 3 times he and Scott were professional and patient which is always appreciated. I got the LG G4 which i am very pleased with. They even transferred my pictures to my sd card for me which i had issues trying to do and was very important to me. I am very pleased and comfortable with my decision to stay with Sprint and with the phone i got. This was a hassle and rushed free experience from the first day which is why i came back here after the first day. I will highly recommend this location, Derek, Scott and the whole Coon Rapids Riverdale store to my friends/family and for all your mobile needs. Thanks again guys! PAT

0 Stars wasnt a choice. This store included. There associates at this store are obviously told to lie by there rude and very unprofessisonal store manager. Sprint is a terrible company. If you are even considering sprint because they are cheaper dont. They are cheaper until you read the fine print. Then you realize that everything there store associates will tell you to get you to sign are complete lies. There program that tells you what your payment are going to be is completely different from what my payment is. About 50 dollars a month different. Plus all the credits they say they are going to give you can only be used on the plan part of the bill not anything else like the phone monthly fee. So I have this huge credit that wont ever get used. As I will be switching to an honest company with integrity as soon as I can.

Bought a couple of phones here a couple months ago. Alec was our CSR and he was all about selling accessories and getting the most money out of us that he could. He told us that Sprint would pay for our cancellation fees and the rest of the balance left we had on our phones from our previous and when it came time to pay it, they left us with the majority of the bill. My mom never got her referral bonus for referring us either. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this Sprint store. Real solid group of people in there. If I could give the a zero star rating, I would. I know Im not the only one that had issue with this place. You run a good store Scott. Good job.

Matt is awfully rude. First time I went in he said he did not have time to help me then told me to call samsung and talk to them about getting a new phone. Samsung told me to contact sprint because they should be fixing my phone. Sprint said talk to the insurance agency. Insurance agency said talk to sprint about the 100$ phone repair under my protection policy.. Sprint told me they no longer carry parts for my phone and I would have to pay double for a new phone.. all one big circle. Also was never told that upgrading my phone included a signed 2 year contract. Now Im stuck for 2 years with no phone to use.

Went to switch from virgin mobile to sprint. The guy setting up my phone pretty much told me to do it myself. The only thing he did was transfer my contacts. Told me to active it myself. Told me to call customer care which is a bull crap! I went back inside and he still wouldnt help me out. I end up going to the Northtown sprint. And the Lady got we all set up in like 5 minutes! She was awesome!. She told me that a bunch of people that went to the riverdale store end up coming to northtown. Cause Riverdale Sprint wont fix your phone!!!

My fiancée switched to sprint in November and we had a good experience. However, yesterday we wanted to find out how much it would be to add me to the plan. Was quoted $213 a month here- same day went to Maple Grove location and was quoted $175 for all the same stuff plus paying off a $100 phone case over 12 months. Not sure how that works! Glad we went to a different location and saved the $40 a month. I dont know if theyre privately owned or what but not consistent with other stores pricing.

I walked in and was offered help right away but they didnt have the case I was looking for. Rep was rude when I said I would wait to get the case I really wanted and tried to argue with me over it. I felt like he was insinuating I was stupid. I walked out and gladly went to the Verizon store right down the road and found the case I wanted without any problems. I do have a contract with Sprint and choose to get my upgrade at Best Buy instead and am so glad I did based on this experience.

Seriously, never come here. Go to a different Sprint store instead. This place is a lot slower and greedier than the typical Sprint store. For example, when they say that they offer a 15 day return policy, its actually only 14 days cause they count the days differently than how anyone else does, without making that clear in their policy. More importantly, the service here is super slow most of the time, and Ive had far better experiences at regular sprint stores.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but so far I have had good experiences at this Sprint. Not so at the other Sprints in the area. Staff here are attentive and help me solve any problem I may have. I actually waited 4 hours at the store in Blaine while an associate was trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone (I appreciate the dedication, but...). I took it to the Coon Rapids store and they figured it out in less than 60 seconds.

Worked with Matt on trading in my phone. He literally tried to tell me I was wrong and that I shouldnt do it, but I did it anyway. He told me he refunded my money from my previous purchase and then charged me again. Long story short, he never refunded my money. Now I am on the line with corporate and this is all a huge mess. Thank you for nothing, Sprint Coon Rapids!!!!!

0 stars isnt an option. Manager Matt was rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend. They dont tell you anything in the fine print and she now has 2 phones they refuse to repair under their protection policy she pays monthly for. never even told her she was signing a contract when she upgraded her phone, now shes stuck for 2 years with them and no functioning phone.

Everyone was very helpful and efficient. They gave you the scoop on the deals that were going on; and if your plan was the best to stay with. Even during large volume of customers and shift change, some stayed late to finish up with their customers. Steven completed what I wanted and didnt waste time, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
