Cody, Sean and Nick not only capably handled our shift from cash-guzzling Verizon to Sprint, they provided exceptional customer service, answered every question, and helped us make the smartest choices for our needs. They totally rock! We wont be frequenting any other Sprint stores - though theres no question Sprint is the way to go - simply because this crew is the most solid set of customer service reps any saavy or novice consumer could ever ask for!

Long-time Sprint customer. My HTC phone died and I was told all photos and contacts were lost. Took phone to Said Karfa at this Sprint store. He located memory card which had all photos and contacts! Said and store manager, Thomas, then helped us find a plan that saved us considerable money and met our needs. Excellent service!

The employees at this location get an A++ in customer service. They were out of a particular screen saver that I needed and instead of having me order it, one of the staff members drove all the way to Chaska to pick it up for me!! The guys are always upbeat and friendly - and you can tell that they really value their customers.

The service that we received last evening was wonderful! The store manager and sales associate could not have been more helpful. We had 3 phones to set up and it went way beyond closing time. They just kept working on our phones and never mentioned it was getting late. We would recommend this location anytime.
