If I could give 10 stars I would. My mother has a hard time letting go of things… She has needed a new car for a very long time, as her mechanic said five years ago her 1989(!!!) Buick really needed to be put out to pasture. So I knew that I had my work cut out for me. Knowing all of the things she wanted or didnt want, I found a 2008 Buick Lucerne online at L&M auto sales before I even left my town. Arriving in the area we looked at many cars and I went through hundreds online. I kept coming back to this one. When I talked to Mark he could not have been more down to earth or kind. When I brought my mother by he made sure to have gas in the vehicle and the key in the ignition. Other than that he said hi to me and went about his business. Talk about no pressure! I was able to completely take my time with my mom show her every feature slowly and carefully, answer all her questions, and then help her to test drive the car. For someone who has difficulty making a decision, much less a big one, Mark was very sensitive to my mothers plight. I could go into great detail but he simply just did everything right, he excused himself when he knew that we needed to talk privately and he was straight up front and honest about every detail. Even after the deal had been struck, he went out of his way to update the state inspection so my mom had a full year before she had to worry about that... it was a small detail that he picked up on and went the extra mile to do for her. She kept saying she couldnt believe she bought a car in two days! Thank you Mark! It couldnt have been a better experience! And if I can possibly throw business your way I will. As far as the other negative review below I can tell you that Mark did comprehensive work on my moms Buick looking for any problems and repairing them. It is true when you buy a used auto once you drive it off the lot you do not have much recourse, so the reviewer is correct you should have someone look at the vehicle before you buy it, but to drive it for several months and then blame L&M for not fixing it I think is unfair. Mark has many many good references and a great reputation. Definitely check him out .

4 months ago I came on here and gave a great review. However, I have to withdraw that review and write my true feelings only 4 months after my purchase of a 2008 Ford F150. Within a couple of weeks after my purchase.... I start to feel a vibration in the truck while driving. I returned to L & M and when I described the problem.... they acted surprised. They called their tire person to see if they could look at the tires and rebalance them. Of course the shop was to busy to do this. I took it to a shop and had them rebalanced myself. Now at 4 months from my purchase, Ive had to replace the universal joints on the driveshaft and now both front hubs are shot along with the 4 wheel drive actuator on the driver side. I havent even used 4 wheel drive since I bought the truck. I had a mechanic look at the hubs and he said I am lucky that the wheel didnt come off when I was driving. In my last dealings with L & M, they stated that, "We arent responsible for the vehicle once it leaves the lot." You cant feel everything in a test drive and I dont think these guys check anything on vehicles they put on their lot. I am now stuck with a big repair bill for a truck that I have only driven for 4 months. Word of advice...... Check out the vehicle good before you purchase and take to a mechanic before you buy to get them to look it over. In my experience with L & M..... These guys arent going to tell you if something is wrong with the vehicle maybe because they dont want to spend the money to fix it and then sell a quality vehicle. This latest issue is costing me $733.00 between parts and labor to fix. Ive had people tell me to call an attorney and the news station about this issue and I am seriously thinking about it. This is a major issue for a truck that is only 9 years old and L & Ms lack of resolving issues is absurd.

Bought a 2007 Rx360 Lexus Suv and it rides great! With an extensive car fax I knew I couldnt let this beauty slip away!! Staff was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Air pressure light was on with new tires! Did some research and realized the spare tire needed help! Dealer was accurate in cost to replace sensor if needed but luckily that was not the case! Tires were brand new!

Very positive experience with Darryl and the team at L&M. Darryl walked us through all the features of the car from the engine to the safety features, he clearly knows his stuff which is not easy to do with all the variety of cars they had. No pressure sales experience, good follow up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used car and reasonably stress free experience.
