So if my husband not buying two trucks from Dealers Trade will convince you this will.... putting the customer first is something you can count on when dealing with Matt or Ashley at DTO. back in November I purchased my first truck from DTO. my husband insisted on purchasing the extended warranty for the suspension lift that came with the truck we had purchased. now just today July 7th. I take my truck in for an alignment because of a drastic change in my steering, only to find out that the drivers side upper control arm bushing hardware had completely came off leaving only the bolt left, as well as the passenger side nearly having the hardware completely back off as well. I made some calls with the warranty company they told me i was covered so i brought it to a repair facility only for the warranty company to change their mind and tell me it wasnt covered ( mind you the job total all said and done was roughly 1000$ repair). My husband called and spoke with Ashley at DTO and she immediately took charge of the situation, made some calls and called my husband back to tell him that theyll be sending over a tow truck the next day and bring it to their facility which is now over 50 miles away to get all the repairs needed and to just pay the deductible which is only 100$! the staff at DTO is a saving grace. not only have they done this but another instance within the first week of us having the truck the battery had died suddenly and Matt over nighted a check to cover the cost for a new battery. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE their worth. Im very thankful for DTO!

UPDATED: I have edited my review from 1 Star to 4 due to the managing partner reaching out to me and taking action on what happened below. He seems to be professional and takes personal pride in his business. I believe my experience was a reflection of the individual and not the business as a whole. I called to ask if they had a Jeep I saw online and the salesman was very unprofessional in speaking to me. He didnt want to look if they still had the Jeep on the lot as he was too busy. He simply stated, We have a lot of Jeeps Im sure we can find something youll like. I purchased elsewhere. Some time later, I made a comment on a FB Jeep site about how I thought they were overpriced and Nathan from DTO made the comment that they were not overpriced they were just out of my budget. This is extremely unprofessional, insulting and not an acceptable way to run a business. I have had three JKUs the last of which had over $100,000 in it. Just because I CAN afford to pay for it, doesnt mean Im willing to.

Recently purchased a 2104 Jeep Wrangler; although it wasn’t my first choice. I started with an older model which had a slew of problems. DTO made things right every step of the way from minor repairs to costlier ones. When we finally hit a wall with a major issue, Matt quickly stepped up, took back my old vehicle and allowed me to move into a different model. The process while inconvenient was remarkably smooth and accommodating. Matt, Bill and others at DTO went out of their way for me. I’m very appreciative and can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve already referred a couple friends and will continue to tell others about what a unique experience DTO was for me. I’ll certainly be back to buy vehicles in the future…they’ll always be my first choice.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 from DTO. Beautiful truck, loaded with low miles, blacked out with a 6-inch lift and 35s. I live 3 1/2 hours away at the beach and bought the truck practically "sight unseen" save for pictures that Matt texted me. The sale was handled over the phone, purchasing documents were overnighted and the truck was delivered to my door 2-days later. I never stepped foot on the lot. I can honestly say that this was the best, easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Matt and his team took care of everything. Thanks DTO!

I was in the market for a custom jeep at a good price. I had no luck until I found DTO online. after a long ride from Baltimore to Gainesville with my trade, my only concern was , can I make a deal? I spent roughly 2+ hours at the dealership before driving home with my custom Jeep Unlimited. let me tell you about the staff, very committed to what they do, #1 customer service and every car on that lot was pro-detailed and had a new feel to it. if you are in the market for a off road truck, check this guys first. all I can say is it was worth the long drive.

Just drove 5.5 hours from Eastern Long Island to trade in my 2014 JKU and get a 2016 lifted F150 super crew. They are a one stop shop. The F150 was exactly what the pictures showed and match the description. Matt, Nathan, Corey and finance woman are great to work with. I enjoyed my experience and is the place to go for a lifted truck or Jeep. I would definitely return for another vehicle and highly recommend them to anyone else.
