We went to Cal to have a custom engagement ring made from something we saw off the internet. Cal made suggestions to make it stronger, longer lasting and a better fit for our center stone. He was able to take our idea for my engagement ring and make it better than we ever expected! During the consultation, he was very knowledgeable and patient with us as he explained all of the points to consider when designing our ring. His estimate was fair and close to the end amount (our estimate was for fewer diamonds than the ring took which only became evident when physically designing the ring around our center stone). On the day I picked up the ring, I had three errands to run. While running two of them, I had people stop me to compliment me on my ring! I will return to Cal at Goldmark Jewelers and have already recommended him to friends and a couple of co-workers.

I had stones and a setting. He worked with me on getting the stones into the setting which was not as easy as it would appear. He had to do some special tweaking to get them to work and the outcome was beautiful!
