My fiance wanted to get an infinity style eternity wedding ring from a name brand store (which I shall not name), but didnt want to shell out the brand premium. We shopped around at a few jewelers but decided upon Derco because of their great price and awesome customer service. We worked with Carolina throughout the entire process and she was very helpful, responsive and considerate. She made sure everything was to our specifications, and on our wedding day made sure the rings looked their optimal (even buffering out the small scuffs in the engagement ring that arose through daily wear... the rings looked beautiful, btw). At the beginning, there was some initial miscommunication about the style of the ring, and even though the ring we ended up with should have cost more than their initial quote, they honored the price initially quoted, even though it was more work for them. I was very impressed by their dedication to making sure everything worked out perfectly, even if it shrunk their bottom line. How many companies do you know of like that? The only con I can think about is that the timelines tended to draw out a little longer than told. It didnt bother us because we planned ahead and had a few months to play with. All in all, I would definitely go back to Derco for any future purchases I plan to make. Make sure to plan ahead though, else make sure you stress the importance of meeting a specific deadline

Made an appointment on Friday to get in on Saturday. They are open 10-4pm on Saturday, we showed up at 2:30 to get two rings resized (larger) that we bought their previously (15 years ago!). They stretched one on the spot, the 2nd they said come back at 4:30! We were expecting to make another trip down. When we came back at 4:15 they were already done. Both rings were freshly polished and looked as good as new. An added bonus, they did not charge us for adding platinum to the band to make it larger! And a double bonus, they gave us another jar of complimentary jewelry cleaner! As always, they have the best customer service. Theres a reason why every one of my family members comes here first for their jewelry, even from southern California!

This place is so amazing! They have endless amounts of settings and diamonds! Jim is so helpful, he taught me so much about diamonds in such a short amount of time. And the owner is great! I had a crack in my ring and he fixed it right up for me for no cost and it was platinum! And dont even get me started on the prices! I was looking at a ring somewhere else and it was 1799 or something like that and that was just for an engagement ring but then I came here, and the total of an engagement ring and two wedding bands that we wanted was a few hundred dollars less than the one ring I was looking at at the other place. I will be going here for all future jewelry purchases!

Mashid helped my fiance choose an engagement ring that I absolutely love. I went back to see her two weeks ago and she helped me pick a diamond wedding band (I was split between a plain white gold band and one with diamonds). She will do her best to find something you love within your budget. My fiance went to see her for his wedding band and found a platinum one for less at Derco than a white gold band at a retail store. They resized both of my rings on the same day in just a few hours. Any jewelry I buy in the future will be from Derco.
