After being quoted almost $100 from another local jeweler (who used jeweler lingo that I did not understand at all!) to have my pearl engagement ring repaired, I decided to do a little shopping. I wanted to do business with a local establishment, and upon reading the other fantastic reviews, I gave Ramsey Fritz a call. LeaAnn answered the phone and immediately put me at ease by explaining exactly what she would need to do and how long it would take. She even gave me tips on doing it myself "if I was crafty." (Which I am not!) After our discussion, she told me to bring my ring by and she would take care of what I needed at no charge. I offered to pay for the excellent service she gave me, but she would have none of it. I plan to return after the holiday season and get them to put prongs on my ring for extra security. What it all boils down to is friendly and reputable customer service. LeaAnn and George spent time talking shop with me and giving me pointers for best practices with my ring. Even if you dont go for the jewelry, you owe it to yourself to check out their gorgeous antique silver, art, and other beautiful pieces for your home. I highly recommend Ramsey Fritz if youre looking for genuine people and quality service.

Both LeaAnn and George have made me a customer for life. My fiancé, Abbi and I had a terrible experience before finding Ramsey Fritz. We were both discouraged and almost completely turned off to making any more efforts towards purchasing an engagement ring. After the first meeting with LeaAnn, she turned our sour taste of ring shopping, into a fun and exciting experience-- the way we both envisioned it should be! They spent several evenings allowing us to come in after store hours, never once feeling rushed. LeaAnn ordered in and presented rings with different characteristics for Abbi to see. She actively listened to what Abbi liked about each, rather than trying to tell her what she should like. LeaAnn was able to capture all the qualities of every aspect Abbi liked in the rings and ordered in the perfect one! What was taking Abbi and I, over 3 months of searching, LeaAnn was able find after just one meeting! The warm welcoming atmosphere, extensive knowledge, talent, and ability to actively listen to their customers, gives them my highest recommendations-- 5 stars! They both went above and beyond aside from the ring itself, to help me in my timeline and budget as well. Abbi and I both look forward to more visits to come!

Me and my fiancee put off purchasing our wedding bands until only a few weeks before our wedding, and so we had planned to spend an entire Saturday going into jewelry stores in Tyler. Ramsey Fritz was our first stop, and we were quickly blown away by LeaAnns willingness to help us find our perfect wedding bands (even though we werent spending nearly as much as many of the customers that likely come into the shop). We found rings that we liked, and she was willing to set them aside for us while we shopped around at other jewelers. Before we left, we asked if shed be willing look at my fiancees bridal necklace. (It had been purchased elsewhere) It wasnt sitting correctly on her neck, and needed to be repaired. LeaAnn took extreme care adjusting the necklace so that it fit perfectly. While she was doing this, she even put our engagement ring (also purchased elsewhere) in the cleaner. After we saw how well she treated people who hadnt even committed to buying anything, we made the decision to purchase the rings wed picked out earlier. Im sure we will have no issues with the rings we purchased, but if for some reason we run into something, I am confident that LeaAnn and her shop will take great care of us.

I can not say enough good things about every experience I have had with Ramsey Fritz. The customer service is beyond excellent and you truly get one on one time with a professional who cares! I was referred to them by a friend and have in return referred people there as well. The selection is unique and the design ability is amazing.
