I brought in a ring that I recently inherited from my grandmother which use to belonged to her mother, so its safe to say that I was very nervous about leaving it with anyone. After going to a few different jewlery store and not feeling comfortable enough to leave it, I went to Jewlers Bench. Kimberly Williams was so helpful! She answered all my questions, told me step by step exactly what they were going to do to my ring (I needed it resized and some of the prongs needed to be fixed), and reassured me that it would look brand new when they were done with it. I dropped off my ring Friday right before they closed and it was done on Monday morning. Im so glad I choose Jewlers Bench! My ring turned out perfect and there prices were more than reasonable. I was so happy that I ended up going back to see Kimberly again and I brough the rest my grandmothers jewlery to get fixed.

This place is an excellent place. My husband bought my ring and I love it so much, I receive so many compliments in how gorgeous it is. I receive exceptional service, especially from Kimberly when I take in my Rolex watch, my husbands Cartier and Omega watches to be serviced or take my other jewelry to be cleaned. She is very helpful, educated in the jewelry, and is very caring about her customers. I had two antique bracelets restored ( one that was barely holding together with one link) form me and my cousin, they look new again. My cousin and I were so grateful in the wonderful job they did with our bracelets. We live in another state, needed my ring cleaned, checked, and had to take it to a closer jewelry store near me, they did an awful job. I buy all my jewelry from Jewelers Bench and never again will take my jewelry to be serviced anywhere else but here.

The staff here are extremely polite and helpful. I came in with a description of the ring I was envisioning and they were able to custom order a perfect match! Kim and Nicole were very patient and made sure I was getting the best value. They even have jewelers in-house designing and repairing jewelry. Its nice to know your items arent shipped off for repair. I was also able to speak with the jeweler, George, and see how the diamond would be set into the ring. My ring came out even more beautiful than I had imagined. When I come in to have it cleaned I am even greeted by name. I highly recommend this store!

I had an idea of what I wanted for my girlfriend. It had to be a pendant, it had to be a certain design (all of my own, very personal to us). I brought my request in and Kimberly helped me by thinking outside the box. We looked through books for a while and I didnt see what I was looking for. She suggested a custom engraved design and started drawing pictures and taking notes. A few days later emailed me a sketch from the engraver. It blew my mind! It was better than I imagined. A week later my girl was wearing special gift, which she loves. Thank you Kimberly and Jewelers Bench team!

Best jewelry store in the Houston area! They did a fantastic, timely job cleaning, repairing, & securing the setting on my wedding ring. I was so impressed, I brought two other old rings in for cleaning & repair. They cleaned & replaced the missing stones in one ring & cleaned the other - a very old ring from my mother - and both looked brand new when I got ithem back. Kimberly is always extremely polite, patient, & professional - she makes EVERY customer feel like they are the most important one in the world. Highly recommend this place - Id give them 10 stars if I could.

I have had many pieces of jewelry made, batteries replaced, and jewelry cleaned & checked for safety. No job is too big or small for these guys. Ive been to Jewelers Bench just a few times during my short residency in the area. Ive not been there to purchase anything, yet, but for batteries, watch bands, etc. By their friendliness and helpfulness one would think I had been in to purchase the most expensive thing in the shop! This will be my go-to place for jewelry. In fact, they have a couple of pieces I would love to have right now! Just no place to wear them! And the freshly-baked cookies are a fun touch, too.

Excellent jewelry store - the best in Houston! Ive bought many things here for my daughters and my husband has gotten me several items as well. Excellent customer service - if its not right they will make it right! Sales persons are always very friendly and very helpful. If youre looking for jewelry - go to Jewelers Bench. Over the phone, Jewelers Bench was polite and professional. However, when I went to the store to have some pieces looked at, the service was terrible; the owner was rude, condescending, and gave a very low offer. I sold my items elsewhere for close to a thousand dollars more than was offered by JB. Dont waste your time at this establishment.

I took my ring to two other local places, each said that it could not be fixed. At Jewelers Bench the salesman said that it would be difficult, but he thought it might be possible. In three days I had my ring back, and it looked like new. It was my fathers ring, and I never though I would be able to wear it. Thanks Guys -James

I cannot praise this company enough. The end to end experience has been phenomenal from getting a battery replaced to designing custom jewelry. They offer quality work at a fair price. Im so happy that they are close to my home, however I would travel there for anything jewelry related!

They fixed one of my watches and didnt charge me a fortune for it. I walked i the other day and they changed a watch battery for me on the spot and gave me a 5 year warranty. Great shop!
