I went into this store to get the prongs tightened on my engagement ring after I had dropped it on a tiled floor. When the employees looked at my ring they told me I had cracked the main diamond pretty bad. I thought that was kind of crazy because I didnt think diamonds could crack so easily, but they kept insisting that they were the experts who have "been in the business for 26 years". So I asked them what needs to happen from here and they told me I would have to replace the diamond. Although I had a bond on the diamond, they told me the crack would not be covered and I would have to replace the diamond myself. Against their advice, I insisted that they send the ring to their headquarters in Dallas to see if the repairs would be rejected. Turns out the diamond was not cracked at all, the prongs just needed to be tightened because the diamond had come loose. Which was what I had originally come into the store for....Terrible service. They tried to use their "expertise" as justification for being rude and condescending throughout our entire interaction.

What a great place. They took such good care of my ring multiple times. The manager has been so good to my husband and I. We have had trouble at all the other Zales and this one has been the best.

Rude little sales girl. Seemed like I was just bothering her. Will never go back into that store. Zales needs to get more friendly sales people to make the customer happy.
