Dr. Coriell was fantastic. She discovered that my previous glasses were over-corrected and adjusted my lenses accordingly, and was super friendly and helpful throughout. Her staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Today I called to ask whether my new glasses had arrived. The person I spoke with on the phone stated that they had just arrived today and I could stop in and pick them up at any time. I got in my car and drove there. I sat in the waiting room briefly and one of the ladies came up and quite rudely said "were on the 6th business day, theyre not ready yet," inferring that I had made it to adulthood and somehow failed to attain the ability to count. I responded by saying "Oh okay, but I called about an hour ago and the person indicated that they had just arrived." I got a response of "Well theyre not here." Nothing else. No apology for the confusion. Nothing. Mistakes happen, thats okay. Im not even upset about the fact that drove 20 minutes from home to find out my glasses were not there; that was probably an honest mistake. However, implying that the mistake is my fault is a great way to lose repeat business.

This place used to be amazing. Great service, great people, good prices. Now it has collapsed. Too many teenagers/inexperienced young people working at this place now. Not to mention this place closes at 5 pm mon-fri (which is unheard of). To begin, my trials were sent to my old address, and the person on the phone said they cant order me more until they receive the wrongly shipped trials. I told her you dont know how the world works. Little did she know, she mailed them to my old apartment and the person living there most likely threw them away. She finally "re ordered" them. They also wouldnt ship them to me and I live 25 min away which also pissed me off. Finally MONTHs after my exam I was able to try the trials and tell them which trial I liked so that they could order me a years supply. So, I went to pick them up to find out someone had ordered me yet ANOTHER trial pair. I was SHOCKED at how many brain dead people are now working here. Its now been 3 months since my exam and I FINALLY just got my years supply of contacts. I will never come here again for any form of vision care.

Ive been going to Coriell Eye Care since they first opened. I was looking for an optometrist and not just an eye doctor, but also somebody that had great, genuine customer service . Dr. Coriell fit the bill for all of that and more. At first it was just me, but I have gotten married and have had 2 children since going there. Dr. Coriell and her staff are always super friendly and accomodating to our schedule. She even takes the time out of her day to make the kids feel great too. I have also been impressed with the technology that Coriell Eye Care has. Each year Ive gone, they have updated to the newest technology. You wont find yourself using sub-par equipment.

I am writing this review on behalf of my family (hence one of their name appears here). For years my wife and children had their eye doctors here and there, and either not terribly happy with the prescriptions received (eyes are very sensitive!) or the process in getting them. About 2.5 yrs ago, I sent my children to Dr. Coriell. She is very nice, willing to spend time on my tons of questions, and does follow up. Her staff is very friendly and makes good efforts for us to lens orders or pickups. As a result, my wife switched to her eye doc to Dr. Coriell and remains very happy (actions speak it all!).In addition, Dr. Coriell is very supportive to local community activities.

This is the place I have gone to the last two times to get my eyes checked/new glasses. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They dont pressure sell you into something you dont want/need. They will suggest some things that may help improve your experience, but they will never force a sale down your throat. I like that I can say I like a certain type of frame and they will pull as many around as possible. They also gave me a free pair of contacts so that I could actually see myself when I tried on the new glasses. Overall, it is a very nice laid back shopping experience that I will continue to return to. :)

Very friendly staff and current on the latest technologies. I went to a chain eye place 2 years ago and it was crowded, loud, did not have anyone to help me find frames in an overwhelming sea of frames my first time looking. Coriell Eye Care was the opposite - quiet, friendly staff, a nice (but not overwhelming) selection of frames, someone to personally help me choose frames and walk me through insurance and pricing. And their prices were not out of line - It is always sticker shock buying glasses, but it was not more than I paid 2 years ago at a chain. Will definitely return!

This is not the place to take young children to get glasses. The first time we went to get glasses they were short-tempered with my four year old! when I went back in and was waiting to pick up my order, I listen to an employee come out of a room and say to another employee, "ugh, he was the worst patient!" Spoken in normal tone of voice, not quietly... I thought to myself wow how very unprofessional. Then I got the same attitude from a different employee when I was speaking to her about issues with my sons glasses . Very disappointing. Lost my familys business for sure

Excellent customer service. Dr. Coriell is knowledgeable and uses the most up-to-date technology. She explains everything and recommends what is best for you. Her staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. They answer any questions you may have. Excellent cute selection of glasses. Good discounts if your insurance isnt accepted and she tells you why your insurance isnt accepted. She sent me a letter stating that my insurance company was doing inferior work and she wasnt happy with that. She wanted what was best for her patients. I appreciated that .

Polite and professional. Most people only hear the bad, but I have yet to have a bad experience here in the 3 years Ive been a customer. Staff is eager to help. Doctor Coriell has made accommodations numerous times for me when I had scheduling issues. Mistakes happen in every line of work, but rarely have I seen a place go the extra mile to make it right. I wont go anywhere else. Glasses selection is second to none, and the technicians are very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend Coriell Eye Care. You wont be disappointed.

Our vision insurance recently changed, and I was grateful to find a optometrist with a private practice who accepts it! I had a very positive experience during my recent annual eye exam with Dr. Coriell! She was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me as well. She was very kind, and her staff was also very welcoming and friendly! There appears to be a nice selection of frames when it comes time to get my next pair of glasses. I will feel confident taking my children there for their exams as well.
