I went to the vision center because it was cheap but found out theyre cheap for a reason. They asked me to come back for a return appointment which I thought was unnecessary and canceled it, I got a call from a rude lady that works there saying I was a no show. No one communicates with each other and the client suffers the consequences. I hate Walmart and no department is an exception.

My doctor was fantastic, but the experience with the staff was the worst customer service Ive ever ran into.
