I had a huge problem with my battery today and needed a lot of help, I was very happy when the clerk named Enrique went above and beyond to give me his help. He was very patient with me, tried his hardest to be quick and sufficent and he really was fabulous and I will come back to this store just to receive his great customer service again. Thank you AutoZone for hiring such an amazing employee.

This auto parts store always has great customer services, always aim to pleasure thir customers with great knowledge and answers. Mr. Meren, Melinda and the white older gentleman whos always quick thank you guys for your mad skills.... their lines are never long and they are fast worers....

Probably the best auto parts store in the area. The people are pretty helpful for the most part and if they dont know they grab somebody else who can help instead of just guess like the other places on Northgate. Chemicals are usually cheaper at Walmart though.
