La tienda esta perfecta no hay problema pero el servicio al cliente lo peor que e visto en mi vida tengo tres dias buscando cuatro especiales y no las tienen en el departamento de verduras eso es falsa publicidad .trate de llamar y el dep de verdura nunca contesto tres veces por mas de cinco minutos cada una. Hable con el encargado de verduras se llama edward solo excusas que ni el las creeria.por favor supervisores de la compañia pongan atencion a ese problema

Es aceptable porqué encuentras lo que quieres buena comida lo que molesta y no sólo a mi si es una tienda que atrae mucha jente lo mínimo es no tener tanto tiempo esperando a los clientes eso molesta son muy lentos tanto en las cajas cómo en la cocina por eso la jente busca otras tiendas donde no los tengan esperando tanto esa es mi opinión ..... Muy indignada pues en las tortillas había un fragmento de metal cuando masticaba mi esposo el bocado, gracias a Dios lo sintió y se evitó una tragedia pues con un simple granito de arroz uno se asfixia imagínense con metal omg!!!!

Horrible, horrible service. Was in line theres like 50 customers with full carts waiting to pay in line, they have 12 check out stands and only 5 open. Well, am in line waiting my turn all of the sudden the check out stands next to the one am in opens and people part ways, I stay in the line am in when I get to it guess what its closed. SERIOUSLY!! ALL THIS PEOPLE WAITING TO PAY AND YOU ARE CLOSING. Had to go to the BACK OF THE LINE AGAIN!!! UGHHHHH so irritated

We went to the bread, and last smells the often and I told my wife we comiéndonos a petite, told him not wanted greasy, but parese I told him contrario, we take us broth nothing else, I went and I said I give a glass to take it for my Dog, and put 1/8 of of juguito it was almost nothing because the vessel Filled with fat (meat) I Sobro, and wanted to charge me another look. Horrible service the employees are rude ..only 2 register are open wit crazy lines full of customers... The handicap carts are broke down they just have them there for display.. Point blank this store is very horrible wit customers services NorthGate is way 10xs better quality Oh Yeah and the pan dulce has hair dark reddish brown Yuckkkk nasty thats that manager hair she so unprofessional

Delivered Water to this El Super,,today the manager didnt want To recieve the load of water todo me To come back tomorrow,,,and I have another drop on Hawthorne in l Lawndale..What do I look like free delivery at your convenience --needless to say he is PISSED off because he was told to receive the water..Now talk a bout being a jerk!! The service is very poor. I waited 20 minutes to be able to get service. The employee took 5 minutes to serve one costume while the other employees was taking care of arranging the hams and the cheese disregarding the costumers.

If you love mexican food or love to cook mexican dishes, this is the place to buy. They have a great selection of produce, meats and products. The price is reasonable. They even have cooked food if you are too hungry to cook.

The worse place to buy groceries, can products are expired, lactos produce expire in two days after you buying, the only good thing in there is the bolillos. The meet always have a stinking smell
