This Ralphs location has literally THE WORST vegetable aisle Ive ever seen aside from food 4 less. Flies in tomatoes, flies in carrots, flies in the onion bins, discolored and bruised (often moldy) rotting red onions. Multiple complaints with multiple managers regarding this issue seem to fall on deaf ears. Accordong to certain managers, this is due to the demographics of the clientele of this particular location (aka economic discrimination). All employees are extremely nice, but things can get a little tense at times with some of the staff being quite vocal about certain unresolved internal conflicts amongst workers. I hope to raise this rating when improvements are made as this is my local Ralphs.

This store is located in an L-shaped strip mall on the corner of Brookhurst St. and Ball Rd. The parking lot is shared by many other businesses and is rather small and congested. By supermarket standards, this is not a big store. It is usually busy with slow checkout lines, although self checkout is available. Watch the prices as some of the items can be expensive. A good deli counter with plenty of salads and hot prepared foods avaiable. If you shop here, make sure you have a Ralphs Club Card. Otherwise you will pay too much. Very busy in the afternoons and on weekends. Heavy traffic on Brookhurst, so use caution when exiting the parking lot.

Very clean store. Well managed; employees are helpful and display good helpful and attentive attitude. The prices are not the best but may be considered to be "fair" market. I think most of local markets are over-priced and are selling far too many imported and inferior produce. This store beats the Stater Bros easily (5 blocks north on Brookhurst which is closer to my house). Four Stars primarily on cleanliness and service. 3 1/2 would be closer because of food quality and not much in the way of healthy alternatives offered here

I love this Ralphs store. They have an unbelievably beautiful and fresh produce section with lots of Organic choices that rival the expensive "natural" stores on selection but at much better price, lots of gluten free choices, seem to always have stuff I need on sale, and they have a huge selection of just about anything you can think of including grass fed meat and organic chicken. I spend most of my grocery budget here now and no longer have to run around to a bunch of different stores..

Cashier Cindy V. did not greet or say hello. She also had a very bad attitude with no smile, did not seem to know the details of her job, and did not say thank you or anything when we left. She also denied my recycling money because we turned it in one day late. Until I asked if she could do it as an exception, she said "only if you make it a complaint." So I did, and she gave me an attitude about it. This was a sour experience because Ralphs has always been great at customer service.

One cashier customer has WIC orders and she cut me off so I had to go to the self-checkout machine spent $75 on that stupid machine that kept on freezing up very very frustrating and then the helper for the stupid machines came over because she knew I didnt know the code on the watermelon and she was trying to make me pay for a seedless watermelon when I got to seeded watermelon I know my fruit people I know my fruits I worked at Vons

Its hard to give a better rating when it was a little difficult to find items. Certain items seemed to be in more then one location. Although the store was clean I found it frustrating as I tried to find something as simple as juice boxes for my kids. Most stores have a standard layout; Organize it a little better and my opinion will definitely change. There is no need to walk in circles.

I was looking for a cake for my grandson last minute. The lady in the bakery but my grandsons name on it. You could hardly see it . But I wasnt complaining. When I was checking out. Another lady was bagging my groceries and offered to make my grandson name in a different color so you could see it. She put balloons and sprinkles on it also. Thank you Ralphs

RUDE STORE MANAGER!! Store manager Danny Castillo called the police to take me out of the store after a quick argument when he refused to return opened, but not used razors claiming its a store policy! Obviously this RUDE manager made up this policy because he got nervous and angry when I asked him to show me a written store policy!!

Worse customer service experience ever. For someone from out of town, the woman worker in the self check out was as worthless as a turd in a punch bowl. Unfriendly as you can get and just stared at us as we tried to check out with difficulty. Wont be visiting there again!

I really this store. It is better even than the store I was used to go to in Irvine. The store is clean and the self-service cashiers are some of the best. Ralphs is not the cheapest chain out there, but their meat is awesome and there are sales often for it

I like and love quite a few of their employees. From John working the parking lot, the aisles and wherever needed to Denise and Pam at checkout to Doug in Produce and Marisol who I believe manages at least a shift if not the whole enterprise.

Terrible customer service! Fat Chicken lady at Saturday morning deli cops attitude! Cant get a straight answer out of her about when the chicken will be ready. Because of her I rarely eat chicken and when I do I buy it elsewhere!

This store has had too many different managers over the years! New manager, change up the store. Now were getting forced fed on Kroger brand. I enjoyed shopping at a store diverse as Ralphs, but I guess Ralph has died...Hi Aldis.

It was great, the deli girl sang songs and an amazing personality. Great with the customers and getting to there every need and making them reassured that had not been forgotten even though they where get slammed.

I frequently come here to purchase groceries specifically Tillamook ice cream. Its always very clean and neatly organized. I have had no problems with finding someone when I need to locate something.

I dont normally shop at this Ralphs but the customer service was poor, even some customers seemed rude and very impatient. The only person that was helpful was the guy working the self checkout.

This is my neighborhood store. I visit it every week. It is always clean, neat, and the people there are kind and respectful. Their staff are knowledgeable and always helpful.

If you have a Ralphs card (which is free), everything priced well. Good selection, good prices. Staff isnt super friendly, but its a grocery store, not a 5 star restaurant.

While this is a smaller Ralphs and the selection is not a diverse as the larger locations. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful of any Ralphs Ive shopped at.
